Kurt was awesome throughout the whole process. Every time that we met it was very obvious that he had done his homework. He showed up on time and prepared with a TON of information about the specific house we wanted to look at as well as the entire surrounding areas (other homes, parks, schools, etc.). It made the process of finding the right home so much easier.
Even more than that, Kurt even helped us out with good insights on how to rent our current house (which he obviously wasn't going to make any money off of). This is the first time that we're renting a place out, and he gave us a lot of great info on that, which was SUPER helpful.
Lastly, even after the closing (4/12/13), Kurt has remained in contact with us to see how everything is going with the move, and if there is anything else that he could help us with. He's even helped us resolve a few things with the builder of our new home.
Overall, AWESOME experience, and I've already recommended him to a few freinds who are starting to look.
