It was fantastic. I've used them before for other car issues, including troubleshooting why my car would die after driving on the highway for a period of time (RB Honda put too much oil in my car). They had my tires sent to the shop next day and my car was ready that afternoon. Always classy, always done right, and always treated well. This is my main car shop now and was after the first time using them.

It went great. Because I've bought tires from them in the past (and they were the best price in the area for the tires I wanted, even after an exhaustive search of other local vendors), the rotation on my vehicle was free. Jim walked me through a service update they'd received about my Infiniti G37x that stated a recommendation for Fully Synthetic motor oil (instead of standard 5W30). He made sure I was cool with it before he substituted, though. They checked all four tires on my AWD vehicle and removed nails from 3 out of the 4 during the rotations (where have I been driving?). One of those needed a patch, so they did that, too.
I've taken my vehicles to this Goodyear for as long as I've lived in Bloomington (15 years). They know me, they know my wife, they know our vehicles. They've always taken very good care of our cars. From routine maintenance to the bigger types of repairs, they've been reasonably priced and always do quality work. The only time I've ever had a complaint was when a new brake job squeaked just as frequently as the brakes that needed to be replaced. I've brought them a Chrysler and a Jeep (both company cars), an Audi A6, a Toyota Highlander a Subaru WRX and an Infiniti G37x. They never blink. They've been great with all of them.

It is pretty straightforward. They are professional and get the job done. I use them on a regular basis.

I use them all the time. We have four cars and they all have over 100,000 miles. I probably spend about $3,000 per year. They are pretty straight shooters. They tell you what you need to have done and what you can get away with not doing. I’m sure you could get it done cheaper somewhere else but they are good at letting me know what I can wait to have done.

We always go there for anything related to our cars. We usually take our cars there for oil change, tire rotation and so forth. If a particular work is too much for them they always tell us as they are very honest. We can always get the vehicle in the same day or the next day. They are very trustworthy and we are very satisfied with their services. We have been using them for years, and consider them really worthwhile for us.
