I gave him three shots to get the work right. The first time he had spread the stain with carpet, so there were carpet fibers in the finished. The second time the finish started coming off. The third time he had to re-sand the floor back down and had to completely start over. He ended up ruining all of the trim work around the floor and the doors to the point where I had to redo the trim completely. The whole process took over 6 months. I have never seen sloppier work. The work done was complete negligence. He just should not be used by anyone.
