At first I thought it was okay. We had the work done in the fall. The next spring we had a really bad rain storm and it started "raining" through our light fixture in the dining room. When we called someone did come out, did what he said was a "band aid fix" and they would be back. They never came back. A few days ago we had another bad rain storm and the dining room fixture started "raining" again. We also saw the following spring what they did with the roof on our three-season porch. Our house and shingles are gray. They laid a white sheeting over the roof. When we asked about it we were told "it was up to code". This is a case of "just because you can doesn't mean you should". It looks terrible.

Right from the very beginning to the very end we had great customer service. The sales representative Alan was friendly and professional. He explained the process very clearly. The crew who came out to do the work to replace our roof were on time and and did a great job both with the replacement and clean up afterwards. We had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

The entire project went smoothly from start to finish. The sales representative was the best part of the whole experience. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and "went the extra mile", to make this a pleasurable experience. He stopped by several times to keep us informed about when materials were being delivered, when the job would be started, and during the work to see how the job was going, as well as after all was done, he even came by to remove any left over materials himself. The work crew did a great job, they were quick, professional, and cleaned the area well. You can trust in this company. The only thing I had to do was pick out the color of roofing and pay the insurance deductible. There were no hidden or unexpected costs. Marvin M.

It went well, all appointments by American Dream Home were kept and on time. Jacques was prompt, friendly and courteous. He worked with myself and my insurance company and the roof was replaced with a quality product and in just over one day. It looks great. Definitely recommend.
