Excellent. Was 10 minutes early for both pick-up and return. He handled the blinds very carefully on both take down and put up. Took down, cleaned and put back up all in same day. Blinds came back spotless. Dave, the owner, was very affable and polite and I would highly recommend his services to everyone wanting the job done quickly, right and affordably.

Dave Lewis responded to my initial query via email extremely quickly, and arranged a convenient time for pickup. The blinds were completed in about 2 days, and Dave call back promptly to arrange a delivery time. Dave was punctual and professional.
The blinds were expertly cleaned, and look beautiful. I would not hesitate to use Altra Blind Cleaning in the future. Dave is completely accommodating and friendly.

The owner came the very next day, removed the blinds and told me the cost of cleaning the blinds. Within 48 hours, I had beautifully cleaned blinds back on my windows. They were quite filthy due to having some construction done but now they look brand new. Service was prompt, professional and he was a very pleasant gentleman. I plan to use him again!

The blinds were picked up when scheduled and cleaned to perfection and delivered two days later. The blinds look like they are brand new!

He picked them up early in the morning, 7:30. I had them back the next day. I did have to pay extra for him to take them down and put them back up. I checked with other companies and they always charge for this. He only charged about $5 more for each shade. He did not charge extra for coming to house and only charged $3 for gas. He did a good job and was very personable.

DAVE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE PRICES INCLUDED PICK UP AND DROP OFF. WE WERE ONLY WITHOUT OUR BLINDS FOR ONE NIGHT WHICH WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. I HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY FOR BLIND CLEANING, THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE AND INCONVENIENT. THIS OTHER COMPANY SAID TO PLAN ON THE BLINDS BEING GONE 1 WEEK.
