+ -1 moreThis is the second time we have used Active Locks. The first time was after our house was burglarized - he came out quickly and also gave us a burglary discount. We were happy with his service, and so when our 60 year old door lock/latch/handle broke we called him again. He came out the same day, and explained our options and his recommendations. He is very personable, did a beautiful job, and left the area immaculate and cleaner than before.
Description of Work: Removed old broken lock mechanism, handle, and plate. Drilled holes and put in new deadbolt, and new locking doorknob. Re-positioned security chain. Re-keyed locks so we could continue to use our same keys.
