Wright at Home Roofing & Exteriors

It went very smoothly, from the first appointment (where he called to state he was on his way) and arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He was very diligent in trying to find where the source was. The second day when Bob came out, he stayed another hour and addressed and fixed a problem. We have not had any other problems noted since then. Therefore, we believe he knew exactly what the issue was and made a repair. We could not be happier in working with such reliable, honest individuals who seem to know their business and go to great lengths in order to please. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or a roof repair. I know we will certainly keep them in mind for any issues in the future. They were simply superb!

The work was completed expertly and efficiently in one day (the crew began work at 8:00 AM and the job was finished by 4:00 PM). We were initially a little apprehensive because our home is surrounded by flowers, shrubbery and bushes but the workman took care to protect them. The only hiccup was that a work truck belonging to a sub-contractor on the job leaked some oil on our driveway, leaving a number of small stains behind. To his credit, Mr. Wright recognized the problem and we were able to settle the matter quickly. My wife and I are very pleased with our new roof and the service provided by Wright-at-Home and would recommend them to others.

After they started the job, they noticed some rotten wood underneath the roof they had to replace so it ended up being more than just replacing shingles. Their prices were much less than other company I was looking at. They are a good company. After the roof was installed, the chimney flashing didn't seem to be very complimentary to the color of our roof. Bob, the owner, came out & agreed that the chimney flashing needed to be changed to match the color of the roof. He took the initiative on his own to expeditiously install a more coordinating chimney flashing for us at no extra charge. The owners Bob & Mike were great to work with and just everybody down the line with the company. I would absolutely use them again.

Excellent - Wright At Home Services came to give us an estimate on our roof after the 8/13/07 storm. Explained there was some damage from storm, due to the condition of the roof all would depend on insurance company. We had two other roofing companies come out, both were quick to review damage (typical storm chasers). Insurance adjuster came on a Sunday - a Wright At Home rep also came. There was damage - that same day we selected roofing with the rep and scheduled the day the roof would be installed - Thursday. Insurance damage checks can be a pain to work with - Wright At Home offered up multiple solutions for working with the check. Fortunately we could cover all costs before check was deposited. Roof was put on in one day. Replaced bad boards and added all new vents. Returned the next day to work on chimney flashing and dumpster was removed. Great clean up job. Great to work with! We are having them do another job for us - fascia, soffits, and new gutters.

Absolutely tremendous! We could not be happier with the job done by these people. Bob Wright is up-front honest and explains exactly what will be done on the project and how they will accomplish it. He even brought all samples of the various roofing materials to our home and explained in detail how all the pieces fit together to get you a satisfied job done. His people are the hardest working people I personally have seen in a long time; and in my own business(totally un-related to roofing) I hire sub-contractors to install material for me all the time and Bob Wright's people are the best.

Bob was on time and very professional. He answered all of the questions we had regarding our roof and venting issues.

Excellent. Assisted with insurance, coordinated with electrical issues squirrels had created. Bob was excellent to work with. They were on time, did good work, put up with my need to know every detail about what was going on and were very communicative when they ran into some new issues. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Bob (President) initially came out within a couple of days of calling. He talked me through the entire process with helpful explanations of product, process and the Wright-At-Home approach. Made recommendations for color and venting and even asked which side of the driveway for dumpster placement. I selected them for their straightforward approach. The work was scheduled and performed within a couple of weeks (June) on-time, no delays or reschedules. Crew was efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning. I received other quotes as well and W.A.H. was very competitive. Roof looks great and I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

It really is no wonder that this company is an Angie's List Award Winner. After the big hail storm, I sent an email inquiry to Roxanne and she responded the same day. Bob came out the next day to meet with our insurance adjuster and helped us get exactly what we needed. We were new to home insurance claims, Roxanne helped so much with that process and I greatly appreciated her patience. Our roof was complete in one day, clean-up was excellent--only found 2 nails. Absolutely no complaints. We are happy with the roof--recommended Wright-at-Home to our neighbor, and now yet another neighbor had WAH do their roof. We would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone.

I filled out a form on-line at their web page. Not long after Roxanne called me and we set up a time get the the quote. This appointment didn't happen, but I was called before hand to inform me of the situation. Mike came and looked at the job and left a quote for me to look at. Complete with GAF literature to look over. I accepted the bid and asked for Cobalt Gray for a color. The actual job was a bit confused, because of the availability of the dumpster. We got that going and the job went well overall. I had wished Mike would have explained how the inspection was to be handled. I live in a town where the inspections are taken very seriously and the inspectors would want to see the ice shield while it was getting installed. It was handled by taking pictures and the inspector accepted the pictures. The roof looks great. I found very few nails around. Most of them came out of the gutter after the first rainfall.

I am continuing to hire them. Phil is particularly a super star.

Bob from Wright at Home coordinated his visit with our insurance assessor to complete an estimate for our roof. He and his workers were prompt, friendly and completed the work on schedule. I was very pleased with the quality and service. They were prompt, friendly and worked with my insurance. Direct TV satellite dish couldn't be reattached - needed to call Direct TV to fix. Wright at Home offered to pay for the repair. Highly recommended - they did a great job. Treat all your customers like you treated us and you'll do great.

When Bob bid the job on a Friday I told him I'd be leaving the country in 6 days. He promised to complete it before I left. And he did. Clean up was very good and follow up to minor issues was quick and earnest. Final product looks great.

First of all Bob and Roxanne were great to work with. The roofing crew was in and out the same day and left the area nearly as clean as when they started. I went up on the roof and inspected the work and checked the gutters for debris and found nothing significant. The process from start to finish was very smooth. I would definitely hire them again and even referred them to my family.

Nick Wright came to my house and gave me an estimate for the roofing project. He answered all my questions and told me they would do a good job for me. He was right! A few days later, I agreed to hire them and we set up a work date for about 2 weeks later (my preference). A special primer needed to be applied to the roof deck before the GAF Liberty Roofing System could be applied. Nick, himself, painted the primer on the twelve 4'x 8' sheets of plywood, which were to be used for the roof overlay, 3 days before the actual work date. This saved time on the day of installation. The work crew, with Nick, arrived on time. They all worked well together and knew what they were doing. Pictures were taken of the work as it progressed. Nick was then able to show me each step of the project and answer any questions. (The dormer roof is not viewable from the ground.) The entire process went smoothly and was completed in 6 hours. Later that day, the dumpster was also removed. Excellent job!

Tarps were put over the bushes around the house. Nails were magnetically picked up after the job was done. This company just has it together from beginning to end! We had four estimates for our hail damage roof. The estimates varied and Bob's estimate was in the middle. Bob is a certified GAF master elite roof installer. He provided us with pertinent information during his presentation. He is promote, professional, and went out of his was to answer questions and concerns. The crew showed up on time and Bob was there when the shingles were delivered and again after the job was completed. There was supervision on sight the entire time. Roxanne was a delight to talk to and she even called us when the shingles were going up wondering how we liked the colors that we choose. They maintained a tidy work sight from beginning to end. It was a quality job and I would refer this company to anyone without hesitation.

They showed up when promised, finished the job in one day and cleaned up the entire space very well after they were done. We had several rotten plywood boards on our roof, which we. Wright-at-Home worked to limit the extent of the extra boards and charged us less than other roofers said they would. Two days after our roof was done, we were hit by a hail storm. Bob came back out and indicated we should have an insurance estimate done. He also came back out again (at no charge) to meet with the insurance adjuster. We really enjoyed our experience with Wright-At-Home.

Wright At Home Services was the best experience I have had working with a home contractor. During the initial sales call, Bob listened to all of my concerns and proposed a solution that would accomplish all of the requirements I had. They delivered on everything they promised. Their pride in doing an excellent job showed in all aspects of their work. Start to finish Wright At Home has great business processes, from the initial sales call to the guy who picked up the dumpster and said the company always does a great clean up. The organization and delivery of the work is the best I have seen in any business environment. It is a pleasure to get the kind of service from a home contractor that I have only experienced in the corporate world from the very best organized companies. I would definitely hire them again.

He is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of guiding us through the roofing process, explaining the various roofing materials available and the advantages and disadvantages of each. The crew was hardworking, conscientious and polite. Our roof was complete in one day. The clean-up was excellent. There was not a nail to be found anywhere. Our experience with this company was "A#1" from our initial phone call (Roxanne the office administrator is very helpful and friendly), to Bob's follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We are happy with the roof. We would not have any hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

The next day MJ did not show up. He called me later and told me that he had given me the WRONG ESTIMATE! He told me that the actual price was $3,900. He also lied about leaving a voice mail to me explaining the mistake . I told him to send to me a new WRITTEN estimate, and that I was going to think about the whole deal. I contacted Wright-at-home-services after that to ask for what they had promised to me: TO FIX ANY PROBLEM THAT I MIGHT HAVE WITH MJ. I even told them that I was willing to pay the new PRICE , but I didn t want to have MJ to perform the job, or to have MJ to do the job, but with the Wright-at-home-services guarantee - as Bob promised to me since the beginning. After some discussion with Bob, he communicated that he will not let MJ perform the job, nor he would take responsibility for the customer service mess. As I mentioned small jobs are not worthy of Wright-at-home-services time, and customer service (in this case) is not their strength.

Bob Wright was able to come out within a few days of my phone call. He wrote up a proposal and also looked at the roof of our house since we are having some evidence of water leaking. He thought the roof of the house looked good, but that lack of caulking around a dormer might be the problem. He caulked the dormer and did not want any money for it. He did a good job of describing his company that he and his sister own and came across as very honest and reliable. He said he treats other peoples' homes as he would his own. I checked one of his references and this person had a very positive experience. Bob came personally the day of the job to introduce me to the crew and stayed in touch with me by phone throughout the day and made sure I was happy. The crew was efficient and neat and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Wright-at-Home Services responded promptly to our call for an estimate, and were the first of four companies we requested bids from to arrange a meeting with us. Bob Wright and his carpenter, MJ, came out and offered some creative ideas for improving the looks of our garages. We were impressed with their interest in our job, and the care they took with us in discussing the project. Their bid was very reasonable, and the work was scheduled promptly. MJ completed the carpentry for the overhangs on the first day, and his work, and extra decorative touches he included, were better than we had originally envisioned. He did a wonderful job. The next day, the roofing itself was completed; the crew did an excellent job, taking great care to protect garden plans and to provide thorough cleanup. When they were finished, the project supervisor noticed some buckled shingles on the roof of our house, and sent up a crew member to fix these and to adjust some flashing, without charge.

I called them on a Monday, they came out on Tuesday evening to estimate the job; the crew was out on Friday to begin work and the job was completed the next day. I'm very pleased with the results.

I can't say enough about how impressed we are by Bob's honesty, and work ethic. He didn't make any money from this job, but he certainly left us feeling that he will be the first one we call if we do wind up having to have any further work done. Bob said he likes to take care of his "Angie's List" customers, and we would like to see his efforts recognized by "Angie's List"

My experience with this company was fantastic from beginning to end. Bob came to do the estimate the SAME DAY I asked for one, which was great! His quote was fair and actually a bit below what he could have asked. The work was done in ONE DAY, which is amazing considering they had to replace 20 sheets of decking! They agreed to be on and off the roof at certain times because we have a newborn baby at home. The guys that came to do the work were professional, courteous, and hard working. Plus they did a great job cleaning my yard up after they were done. I don't have any worries about loose nails or materials laying around. There was a supervisor at my home monitoring how the work was going the WHOLE day! Finding out your roof has serious problems is an unpleasant experience but Wright-at-Home makes it easier because they are an honest and trustworthy group that truly want to make sure you get the best service/price possible. Stop looking now. These are the guys to hire!
