They where very friendly when they where there. They where very professional about the job. They had cleaned up when they where done working. They were very helpful when they where there.

Nick came out and looked at it, he said that it could just be some drill holes in the roof from some pigeon spikes that we installed. He sealed them and a couple other potential sources and charged us nothing to do it! He was great, very informative and helpful. He said that if it continues to leak, he will investigate further. He also gave me a product to cover the water marks in the ceiling. I couldn't be happier with them and we will definitely call them again! By the way, a lot of roofers didn't want to deal with our little leak because this is a busy season for new roofs, Wright at Home scheduled an appointment right away.

He found some bad shingles and glued them down and didn't charge us for the service. He said we didn't need a new roof when we thought we did, so he saved us money and he was honest.

We had to have our roof replaced due to wind and hail damage. I found this company on Angie's List and saw that they had won service awards in 2006 and 2007 so we decided to give them a call for an estimate. Bob Wright told us he could be at our home at 2:30 that same day and he was right on time. We had already been given a damage estimate by our insurance company and after doing his own estimate Bob told us that his company would be able to do the work for that amount. Bob gave us a quick presentation about his company and we found him to be very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, not pushy, and answered all of our questions. The company had an A rating on Angie's List and after checking with the BBB found that there had been 0 complaints in the past 36 months so we chose this company to do the work. They scheduled the work for the following Wed. Bob and his team of workers arrived at our home at 8 AM and finished the entire project in one day. We are very pleased with the results.

We had a major wind storm on 4.26.08. They were booked out until Friday, but said if they had any time before then, they would come out to my rental property. I wanted to know if I needed to tarp something, etc to keep rain out until the adjuster could give an estimate. They arrived on Tuesday morning, fixed the 8 shingles on the roof, told me all about my roof, how long it should last before I'd have to do an entire tear off, what the problem was, etc. They even estimated an approximate cost for a new roof.

From start to finish Wright At Home was prompt in returning phone calls setting up appointments and scheduling the job. Dan was punctual for all appointments which I appreciated as I scheduled them during the work day. They kept me informed of when the job would be done as we had to work around rain days. The clean up was outstanding, have only found 3 nails! Roxanne was also very prompt in returning calls to resolve a gutter that was clogged following completion of the job and some one was sent out within 2-3 hours. I was very impressed with their customer service. A comment from a friend "You have the best looking roof on the entire block."

Grade A. Presentation and estimate professional. Work performed on time, excellent crew and a reasonably good cleanup. Problem with leaking gutter corners: response was immediate, remediation was effective. Problem with cleanup: not every nail, screw, and gutter clipping picked up, but has anyone ever had a perfect clean-up with a roof and gutter job? Although this is a miserable market to sell, I am sure that the work will still look great in years to come and I will recover a substantial amount of the cost when the time comes. House looks great.

The owner called on me; gave me an estimate; did the job per the estimate and upgraded the gutter guards (at no additional cost to me), all on time and within the estimate. The roof was completed in one day. The gutters in about half a day.

Bob came out to inspect an area of my roof where some shingles had blown loose. The roof is 18-19 years old, and I was expecting to be told that it needed replacement. Bob arrived early and by the time I met him at my house, he had already repaired the loose shingles, as well as some other ones that were in the process of coming loose. I offered to pay him for his services, but he refused payment. He indicated that I have another 5 years or so on my roof, based on his inspection. He gave me excellent news and incredible service. I would recommend this firm highly.

Bob and his crew were here exactly when they said they would be and completed the work within the time they said it would be done. Bob kept me updated throughout the day about rotted wood that was found once the old shingles came off and the extra costs involved. They completed the work beautifully and cleaned up entirely when they were done.

He was very courteous and professional. When he had finished up, I inquired as to what was owed for his services, and he refused payment, stating that he was happy to help us out. He made my day.

Bob Wright was very professional, knowledgeable & personable. Bob also advised me to have a heater cable replaced & informed me that the roof generally was in good shape & would probably last many more years than I had expected (which is always good news!). I had thought it was probably nearing the end of its life. Roxanne Kaasa responded to Email communication with me very promptly & the appointment was scheduled much sooner than I thought one could be scheduled. I am sure that should I continue to have problems with this leak, Wright-at-Home would not hesitate to return to fix it. I most certainly intend to recommend them to everyone that I know.

They went to bat for us with the insurance company getting additional things covered, like the skylights when they started leaking again after they had resealed them. They were just a fantastic company all the way around. They added additional venting to the roof on our three season porch when it was apparent that this was the cause for the roof going bad. They also re roofed our small playhouse for only $100 which we were grateful for since it really needed to be done. We would use them again in the future.

I was thoroughly impressed with Wright-at-Home. Most companies would charge you a trip charge just to show up at your house. Bob not only showed up, but he did some minor maintenance and he didn't charge me a dime! I was in shock, but if I ever do have any real roofing problems, Wright-at-home will be the first place I call!

The crew was right on time, quick, capable and helpful. Roxanne and Wright At Home Services was responsive to our request for help even though it's been almost two years since they replaced our roof. Thanks to Wright At Home Services, I feel the money we spent was a wise investment in protecting our new roof from ice dams and keeping an inexperienced homeowner off a treacherous roof.

Bob came on Saturday to give me an estimate. He checked couple of things on how to fix my problem. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He gave me an advise on what can be done to eliminate this problem. I appreciate the fact that he never tried to "invent" a problem in order to get business. He was very honest and helpful.

Bob Wright had come out for a quote eight months earlier but when we were finally ready to go ahead with the project he came back again, this time to meet with our insurance adjuster as well. Bob was great from the start. Unrushed, knowledgable, not pushy, on time, etc. Insurance covered part of the cost of the new roof but Bob did what he could to lower the cost even more from his original quote since insurance wasn't paying for it all. He even gave us the System Plus factory warranty for free, on top of the 5% discount for being an Angie's List member. Unfortunately we only had one day to enjoy our roof before the snow fell and we haven't seen it since!

Good. We were told that they would arrive Wed, but didn't. When we called ere told they would be out Friday. Friday morning the dumpster arrived, but 5pm the roof was complete, the whole area cleaned and checked for nails. Bob, the owner/super stopped by at the end of the day to check the work. Workers were professional and courteous. Dumpster removed on the following Monday. Invoices were mailed out promptly with correct billing/payment information. Invoice and quote were both faxed to insurance adjuster on our behalf. Bob was personable and knowledgeable. Showed up on time for quote (unlike 3 out of 5 companies).

Mike came out to give us an estimate in late August/early September. We were happy with the quote & decided on them. Mike came out to get a second time to get final measurements & for us to pick out materials. We were not in a big hurry, & we said so, & Mike said he would get back to us to schedule the job. We were out of town the 1st week of Oct. We did not hear from Mike for several weeks & called him when we got back from our trip. He said they were busy with the storms & he had us on the schedule for the next week or two. We did not hear back from him by the end of Oct so we called again. He said he had us scheduled for the week of Nov 5th. We did not hear from him, so I emailed Roxanne, & Mike contacted & had us scheduled for Nov 14. The dumpster showed, but no crew. Mike emailed me that afternoon, and said Fri. No crew or call on Fri. Sat AM we awoke to men outside our windows. Mike called us to confirm about 1 1/2hr after they started work. Owner was on site & helpful.

Nick came out to provide an estimate and spent considerable time reviewing all the options and answering my questions. I appreciated the time he spent and was confident they could do a good job with the roof replacement. They were 1 of 3 contractors I had out for an estimate and were in the middle price-wise. The main reason I did not choose them for the job is that I could get the same roof brand/color that I currently had by using a different contractor. Estimated cost was $9,400.

Bob Wright came to the house and gave reasonable estimate. When I called for the estimate he came same day. Explained all details and left shingle samples. Discussed the process of replacing a roof. A couple weeks later on an extremely hot/humid day his crew arrived and completed the roof in one day. Clean-up was done extremely well. The roof looks great! We were very pleased with how things went from start to finish.

We were very pleased with the work. They made time to come out and meet with us and go over what it was they were going to be doing. We had other damage to our home that needed to be replaced, and they were very up front with us and said they didn't have enough crew to handle the other work we needed done, or were not as experienced in that. We were very happy that they told us that. They could have very well taken the full job. When we got home you could not even tell they had been there. Everything was cleaned up and there were no issues. They also worked directly with our insurance company to get the amount of money we needed to get the job done right. They were one of the more expensive places, but they have been in the business for a long time and we felt like we were getting our moneys worth.

Dan was great -- he dealt with a rather tumultuous insurance adjuster process right along with us. Once job was approved by our company, he was able to set up replacement within a week or so. We chose to upgrade shingle and venting type beyond what was covered, at our own cost. He was not pushy at all -- helped us select a color and type we are now very pleased with. Crew showed up well on time and completed a complete tear-off (two layers of shingles that none of us was expecting) and finished the job within one day. Clean-up was thorough too.

They were very good. They had a large crew and had the work done by mid afternoon. I would use them again. Our insurance adjuster agreed that the price was right. I had heard great things about them from friends and other members and similar experience.
