I set appointment with Roxanne, who was friendly and helpful. We were able to set an appointment for the next day. Bob and James were professional and friendly, and were able to quickly diagnose potential water entry points. They finished the repair in 30 minutes. This company will be the first I call for home exterior projects in the future. Thanks!

We needed our entire roof replaced and we had our problem where a slope part of our roof met a flat part of the roof and it was leaking badly. They came and fixed it. The price was reasonable. I spoke to 5 different people and Wright-At-Home-Services Inc. seemed the most professional and knowledgeable. Their crew was absolutely fantastic and was very fast. When I asked other people of how long it would take they said that it will take 3 days whereas these people finished it in one day. They seemed to be very professional. The supervisor was very knowledgeable. We had a skylight put in as well and they seemed very good with that. The problem with the leak didn't get resolved and the owner came himself to get that fixed. Their price was reasonable compared to the 4 or 5 companies I talked to. They ended up showing a day ahead of time. They had a little mix up and called to ask if it was alright and came.

Bob was the only rep of the 3 companies who estimated the job to request a look at my roof from the inside of the house for a thorough assessment of the project. His estimate was detailed, he made time to answer all of my questions, he provided alternate bids based on options we'd discussed (types of shingles, roof vents, etc). The only issue I encountered was that the crew made a poor decision when installing the flashing under my dormers, resulting in splits in the vinyl trim pieces. Though the trim was difficult to replace (siding has been discontinued) Bob's team tracked down a source and they replaced the damaged pieces. He also extended a generous discount for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend the company. Customer service was outstanding and I am very pleased with the results.

I contacted company based on Angie's List and friend who had used them. Mike came out and took a look at the hail damage from storm at end of May. They worked with insurance company estimates and scheduled for completion in Fall as I requested.

Unlike another company, Wright at Home was willing to do an estimate without seeing our insurance claim information (but they still came back right on the money). Our salesperson was knowledgeable and very willing to help out first-time-roof buyers. Work was completed on-time and with a minimum of fuss, and we are very satisfied with the work on both the roof and gutters. The roofing crew missed a little decorative bit of shingling above a bay window, but our salesman actually finished that up for us himself!

The bid was 50% higher than the other two bids I received. This was the only contractor to suggest that I had wind damage that my insurance company would partially cover. He was correct, but his higher bid would have taken all of the additional money received from the insurance company.

Wright at Home was professional and timely throughout our interaction. Any issues/questions were promptly addressed. They were flexible with payment which was important to us as this was an insurance claim.

They did exactly what they promised. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Great. Nick showed up exactly on time. He took a look from the outside, then went through the crawl space to see where the trouble was. The very same day, the roofers came up to repair the leak and seal the roof. It turned out to be a wet day, and it didn't leak! We were very happy. He didn't charge for the services. He gave us some great tips on how to deal with the problem vent. When we eventually have to repair the roof, I would feel confident hiring Wright-at-Home.

They were very good. They were punctual about getting back to me. The price quote they gave me was very accurate as well. They were great to work with and I would definitely use them again in the future. I would also recommend them to others.

Soon after a hail storm, I contacted Wright-At-Home Service for an estimate on shingle replacement. They responded promptly and the next day, I met with the sales person. He prepared and estimate and I told him I would be back in touch after I talked to a couple of other firms. The following day I was called out of town so dropped the salesman and email that I would call him back in about a week. When I returned, I called and we swapped a couple of voice messages and then the trail when cold as they say. Never heard back from them, weird given their reputation for customer service. As it turned out their bid was the highest of the lot.

Hail damaged my roof, gutters, and window trim. Wright-At-Home replaced my old roof and gutters last year. Since I was very happy with their service and work, I did not consider anyone else to replace the hail damage. Roxanne offered to have someone come to my house while the insurance inspector was there. With no more than an hour notice, Mike from Wright-At-Home came to my house to meet the insurance inspector. Mike walked around the house with the inspector assessing the damage and taking measurements. They agreed that the roof, gutters, and trim needed to be replaced. Mike asked the insurance inspector for a copy of his notes in case there was a discrepancy later. When the gutters were left off the insurance itemization, Mike contacted my insurance company on my behalf to request addition of the gutters. He even made a second trip to my house to confirm measurements and recommendation for the length of gutters needed before contacting the insurance company. After everything was worked out on the insurance, Mike took me through every detail of the roof and gutter replacement process. A week later I had a new roof. The roof crew arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently. I was not home when the gutters were replaced, but they look great. Everyone from Wright-At-Home was great to work with.

It was completed quickly and the job was well done. They started working around 7:30 a.m. and completed the job around 2:00 p.m. The foreman introduced himself and let us know they were beginning. They worked continuously and all the workers seemed to know their jobs. At the end of the job, everyone helped to clean the lawn. We only found 3 nails and a little wood in the garage which they did not enter.

Overall, I was very pleased with Wright-at-Home Services customer service and quality of work. Even though this was an especially busy roofing season because of the widespread hail damage, Bob gave me an estimate within several days of my call. He took the time to tell me about his company, explain exactly what work would be done and what products would be used, and specify all the details in his estimate. What especially impressed me was his concern to get the exact red color of shingles I wanted. The crew of 10 arrived on time, was well organized and efficient, and completed the job in just a half day. What impressed me about the work itself is that the crew carefully laid tarps over the shrubs and patio, and one person constantly walked around the house picking up debris so that the yard was clean when the job was finished. When the crew ran short of shingles, Bob explained what had happened and had more shingles delivered immediately so that the job could be finished the same day. The roof looks excellent.

We didn't think we would be able to successfully repair the areas of damage to our vinyl siding. That was before we met Aaron from Wright at Home Services. He is a vinyl siding wizard! Aaron is not only conscientious and careful in his work, but he is also very efficient and friendly. We selected Wright at Home Services for this repair because they did a wonderful job on our new roof a couple of years ago. Once again, we experienced a fantastic outcome. It is always a pleasure to work with the owners Bob and Roxanne. We can't imagine looking elsewhere whenever we have siding or roofing needs. Like many other Angie's List Members, we wish every contractor was as honest, customer-focused and reliable as Wright at Home Services.

We were told they could do everything on our insurance adjustment in two days and the work would be completed within the following 2 weeks. There seemed to be a lot of mis-communication. We had four separate conversations with Mike (and additional ones with Roxanne) to confirm the work we wanted done. Mike said he'd call back in a couple days and we ended up calling him. We gave our ins. papers to Mike, but the company never got them, so we had to fax them. The roof was done in one day. Roofing materials were left in our driveway for over a week until I informed Roxanne. We never saw or spoke with a project manager/supervisor, but were told one was here. However, no one inspected the work once it was done and there were a couple questionable areas on the roof I could see from the driveway. Roxanne sent someone out and fixed the roof and picked up the materials. The other work (window flashings, etc.) were done a few weeks later. They had another company come to do the work on the skylights. He informed me that the work done around the skylights was done incorrectly, but he would fix it. All the work was done and we are satisfied, but it took over 3 months and many phone calls and visits. Roxanne was pleasant to work with and seemed to do whatever she could to make sure everything was done satisfactory.

From the first visit with Mike, the estimator, the project went very smoothly - on time and on budget.

At our request this job, including a separately reported roof replacement, was delayed several months to accommodate our vacation schedule. We selected Wright at Home Services because of the Angie's list rating and member reports. The owner's, Bob and Roxanne, were incredibly patient with our numerous detailed questions. They lived up to all expectations that we had.

Wright at Home Services delayed the performance of this job for several months while I obsessed over the shingle color, and until we returned from an extended vacation. One week after we returned the job was completed in one day. The work crew, I think that there were nine of them, were organized and courteous about not blocking other cul-de-sac driveways. Several of the workers returned the following morning to do the final clean-up. The dumpster and excess materials were gone when I got home that day. The following week we noticed that one of the roof vents, visible from the deck, was dented. It was replaced the same week. Wright at Home Service's owners, Bob and Roxanne, lived up to our expectations, coped with my nature of asking excessive questions, and thoroughly explored each decision I had to make.

They have been good so far, they are always good at cleaning up after themselves,the quality seems very good so far, and I felt that there estimate was fine.

I thought that Mike came out and did a great job which we appreciated. They cleaned up really well. They put us on the schedule right away and did a really fast job. Their price was great and because we joined Angie's List we got a 5% discount which helped. My one complaint is that we were not able to see any shingles beforehand. They had so much business they didn't have enough shingles to go out as samples with him that week. I didn't get to see the color and I'm not thrilled with the color we have on our roof now, but my husband likes it. The other thing is that the workers didn't speak English and we didn't know who to communicate with. The supervisor who came out to check on them did answer my questions, but it was a little bit difficult.

The roof was done in one day. It looks just great. The foreman and the workers complied with every one of my several wishes concerning certain details, and were a pleasure to deal with. The clean up of nails and other debris was done very well, and I have only found two nails in the yard since they finished the job several weeks ago. The dumpster was delivered on time, and was removed promptly. Most of all it was a genuine pleasure dealing with the owners. I had several phone conversations, several emails with them, and they instantly complied with each and every request I made. I must say that having been a home-owner for many years, and having dealt with numerous contractors, this Wright-at-Home was by far the very finest, and I have already recommended them personally to my friends and relatives in case they need any work done on their house. They strike me as being one of the most responsible, conscientious and honest firms with which I have dealt. Please believe me that this is an unsolicited testimonial, and, as you can tell from the above comments, my wife and I are very happy with our decision to contract Wright-at-Home Services, which is by the way, a local firm.

The entire job was done by Wright at Home in one day, and the new 30-year shingles look fantastic. They did a fabulous job of picking up after themselves. There was no damage to any of the surrounding shrubbery; even the flowers in my window boxes survived intact. Bob's crews have worked with him for many years. He and his son Nick do a great job of supervising. Bob is extremely careful, conscientious and fair. I would certainly contact him for any future work.

The experience was so easy. I had no problems. One particular neighbor was oddly concerned his lawn might get damaged from shingles getting thrown into his yard, the crew must've done a great job because I received no complaints from him. They started the job a little before 7 am, then I left for work. The clean up was pretty good, though a few more than 20 nails were found since then.
