The serviceman, Aaron, was on time and knowledgeable about siding. He went right to work trying to find a match for the cracked panels. He found a match and had the cracked ones replaced within 24 hours. So he was quick, the work was done well, and he only billed me $75 which I thought was well worth it since it would have taken me two or three times as long to do the work myself.

Though not the cheapest bid we had, WAH provided the best overall package. Addison's professional handling of my project as if it was his only one was what really sold me on the deal. He explained very thoroughly the job and all the options. No one else provided customer service at this level. They used only name-brand high-quality products by GAF, which allowed me to get a $300 rebate from GAF through the Roofs for Troops program.

Absolutely the best people I've ever hired. On time did exactly what they said they'd do. Touched up nail holes with trim paint at no extra charge because they we're already up there.

I had a leak that two previous contractors could not find. They did various things to try and stop it, but the leak continued. I called Wright-At-Home, as it was very highly rated, and Bob Wright came over the next morning. I showed him where it was leaking and told him what the previous contractors had told me. He grabbed his ladder and went up on the roof to check it out. He found several spots of concern, but the main problem was a hole in the corner of the roof that the previous contractors did not find. He went and got some flashing and set up on the edge of roof two stories up, fixing the hole, cutting flashing, and caulking. He worked for well over an hour and also did some work around the chimney. He finally came down and told me that he thinks that will do it, but if not, to just give him a call and he will be back. I would highly recommend Wright-At-Home, it's kind of like you have family in the roofing business. They do things the "Wright"way. Learn from my mistakes and call them first.

The people who work at Wright-At-Home Services Inc. could not have been more courteous, helpful, and professional. Addison began by inspecting my roof and offered numerous comments and suggestions, always in a helpful manner, answering all of my questions in a candid manner. Roxanne kept me fully informed of all the details surrounding the work. On the day of the work I met three of the roofers who arrived early at my home. I greeted them and was very impressed by their courteous manner. They immediately took an interest in their work, and one young man told me proudly, "You will have a great new roof when you come home tonight." And he was right. When I arrived home around 6:30 PM the roofers were gone and I did indeed have a whole new roof. It looked great. The pewter shingles that Addison recommended were a perfect color. The flashing around the chimney looked great. I was truly amazed. There wasn't a scrap of debris or paper or shingles anywhere in my yard or driveway. The final price was exactly what they had estimated. I can not begin to say enough nice things about Wright-At-Home Services Inc. I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent professional work, and courteous and helpful people. My thanks to them!

We just moved in to our house in March. We were experiencing roof leaks caused by caulk and seal failure on the flashings and vents. I contacted WRIGHT-AT-HOME-SERVICES on Friday April 20 and they showed up on Monday morning. I thought they were there for and estimate but when I showed them the problem they said they would fix it immediately. They worked for the next hour and a half going over every vent and flashing, resecuring and resealing every one. They replaced one flashing and resealed the chimney. When they told me they were finished I went to get the checkbook and they told me "no-charge". I am still recovering from the shock. Most of the roofing companies don't do repair work so I expected it would be difficult to even get someone out for repairs and that it would be expensive. I have never previosly done business with this company and they treated me just like a preferred customer. We will definitely be contacting them for services in the future and encouraging others to contact them too.

I called my roofer, Wright at Home, because I thought I had a leak on my roof. They took my call Sunday morning and were on site within a couple of hours. After an extensive survey of the area, they found no leaks in my roof but determined that a window had allowed water to come in. They offered to help me temporarily fix my window free of charge. You can't go wrong working with a company like this.

.Phil (the sales guy) did a great job working with the insurance company to make sure we got everything we were entitled to. He described our options for upgrading the shingles and the warranty. He bid on adding ventilation through the soffits but we elected to have the insulation contractor do that to save money. They worked well with the needs of the insulation contractor to get access to the attic. The crew arrived promptly, the crew leader introduced himself to me and asked permission to get started. They got right to work and soon had the old shingles stripped. Once the insulation contractor was done with a section they put the plywood back on and started putting on the new roof. The job supervisor (Nick) was there enough to make sure all was well and that all my questions were answered. I also had his cell phone number in case I needed to talk to him. They started around 7 am and finished around five. Took somewhat longer because of the need to coordinate with the insulation crew. They did a great job cleaning up after the work. In particular, they spent quite a lot of effort looking for stray nails. My wife cleaned out the gardens last weekend and said she found only 2 nails around the entire perimeter of the house-probably more importantly there were none in the driveway! The St Louis Park Inspector passed the roof with flying colors. The only problem was that the satellite dish wasn't put back up right and had to be reset by the technician. I mentioned this to Phil and Nick came out the next day to repair the spot on the roof where the satellite dish mount had been. All is well. If you are planning to have the dish re-installed by your satellite company you might want to have the roofers just leave it. They submitted the insurance paperwork promptly.

11 Roofers with a supervisor and dumpster came at 8 a.m., put canvas over shrubs, then removed the old roofing by tossing from the roof into the well-placed dumpster. Very little got on the lawn. The shingles and other supplies arrived in time to begin the installation which was well organized and efficient. They installed new flashing around our large chimney. They chalked up needed areas, filled an area that was partially rotted with new wood and reflashed that. They rebuilt the base for the roof mounted weather station. They reroofed the cupola. They cleaned up thoroughly. Workers and supervisor were courteous and careful. They finished in less than a day despite a somewhat complex roof. We were totally pleased.

I was very satisfied with them. They did an excellent job and their customer service was excellent. It is a family run business. It has also received a good rating from Angie’s List. The first time I met Addison from the company, I was impressed with his knowledge about roofing and knowing which product would work the best for us. They were always prompt for appointments and they started the job when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. They were diligent at cleaning up when the job was completed. The owner of the company came out the day after completion and performed his own inspection. I was impressed with their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. They asked me if I was satisfied and if I had any concerns. Before the job started, they recommended that we go with another shingle than what I had looked at initially due to some negative feedback that they had recently received from customers that the product was not performing as expected. Since we had the discussion about the shingles prior to starting the job, we had the opportunity to change to another product. They did quality work and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

We have been waiting to replace our masonite siding since we bought our house in 2010. The masonite was starting to pop off and the nails started rusting. We had been through 3 estimates and quotes, all 3 had been a horrible experience. Especially when it came to sitting down with the sales representative for 6 hours at a time. Once we contacted Levi Anderson with Wright-At-Home the whole process was so much easier and painless! Within two days he had sent a written estimate of cost with no initial meeting needed. We were able to meet over a lunch period and within seconds I was sold on the product and the company. Levi did a fantastic job explaining the pros and cons of the different types of siding, the benefits of the company, and the siding company. His fast and simple explainations were just what I was looking for in making this huge investment. Within a couple days the start date was set, products were in, and we were on our road to new siding! I was amazed how everything went very smoothly and it was organized perfectly. Within day one our service door was replaced, one side of the house was complete, and within 3 days our house was brand new! The supervisor and team were great, all the garbage and debris were cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for all our house needs.

From the delivery of materials ie: dumpster, roofing materials, etc.. the team was professional and on time. Luckily, the day held out without any rain. They cleaned up my yard as though they had never been here, just as Mike had promised. For weeks, until our first snow I would be caught looking up with a dreamy look in my eyes gazing at my new roof and the beauty of the craftsmanship. Thank you!

I was starting to see some problems with the shingles curling on the roof. Not having replaced a roof before I was not sure how smooth the process was going to be based on stories that you hear about roofing jobs. I contacted Wright At Home to come out and take a look. I had two goals one to let me know if I need a roof and if so how quickly did I need it. Mike came out to look at the roof and based on that discussion and the Angie's list review they seemed like a good company to work with. Mike's inspected the roof and provided an estimate. He suggested that I contact my insurance company because there appeared to be hail damage. I contacted my insurance company and had an adjuster take a look. Mike met with the insurance adjuster in case there were any questions. This was great because he understood what the adjuster was saying. In the end I did have hail damage and the roof was covered by insurance. Thanks to Mike's suggestion I was able to save a lot of money. I did get an estimate from another A rated Angie's list provider that never even suggested I contact my insurance company. I could have made a big financial mistake if I had not contacted Wright at Home. The roof installation went great. They arrived on time, communicated well throughout the process and finished the job faster than expected. The crew was great and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they were finished. The roof looks really good. I am very happy with the entire process and Wright at Home and would recommend them to family and friends.

The job went well! The crew was professional, courteous and punctual. The PM, Mike Mark, was great to work from estimate to job close. In an industry that can be difficult to find trustworthy professionals that provide a high quality service, Wright-At-Home delivered! I would highly recommend.

The work was performed well and their performance and handling both at the site and the paper work at their office was always at the highest level and in some cases above and beyond. Quality and service were always the norm. I can recommend them without reservations.

They did a wonderful and great job. They basically came out, explained what they were going to do and did it which is essentially all that I needed from them. The roof looks fantastic to me and they also gave it a lifetime guarantee. I had a previous person come out and look at it and they told me that the shingles that were on my roof were currently subjected to a class action lawsuit. Wright- At- Home-Services Inc were looking into getting me some additional money back for the shingles that were on there as a result of that lawsuit so I thought they did great. They were a little bit expensive but they were worth it. The last time I actually went with a low bid for another roof replacement and it ended up leaking the following year. They showed up on time. They showed up when they were going to and they were done very quickly.

We were scheduled to get our roof replaced on Monday, Oct 10, but on Monday morning we got pushed to Tuesday, because the roof they were working on before ours still wasn't finished. Not a big deal. The crew got there about 9am on Tuesday and worked until dark, then came back the next day to finish the rest of the roof and to clean up. The roof looked good, no problems with that. They did a so-so job of cleaning up--not bad, but not terrific. Since there are a couple of gardens alongside our house (and since I'm particular about clean up), I'd requested that they use a tarp to cut down on the mess. However, they didn't do that. Plus, since there were a lot of leaves on the ground, that probably made it tougher for them to see all the scraps and nails they'd missed, too. Figuring no one else was going to be as picky about it as I was, I just went ahead and spent a couple weeks picking up (maybe a dozen nails and half a grocery bag of scraps, altogether). At some point we noticed that the crew had left dirty handprints on the 2nd story siding while they were working, so I e-mailed the company to request that those get cleaned up. I received a prompt, polite response that they would send someone out to clean up the prints within the next few days, which they did. As a make-good, they totally surprised us by replacing the shingles on the front porch with new shingles to match the sections they'd just replaced, at no extra charge! Just to clarify, that part of the roof was NOT included in our estimate, so it was a really nice surprise to find out they'd replaced it to match the rest of the roof. They didn't tell us they were going to do it, so it was a little startling to discover it had been done. :) But thank you, Wright-at-Home Services, we really appreciate our great looking roof. You gave us very good customer service and value!

Excellent workmanship and materials, price was consistent with estimate, they did the job on the date promised and they cleaned up well afterward. Very professional operaiton.

Levi did an outstanding job. He met with me and identified the wind damage, took photos and even met with our insurance adjuster on two separate occasions. It was a slow and frustrating process dealing with our insurance company but Levi was there every step of the way and explained how the insurance companies usually operate. Everyone at Wright at Home was very responsive and answered every question we had. The crew arrived on time and were incredible! I've never seen a crew work so well together. We highly recommend Wright at Home.

He was so great. He was honest and even advised us that we could wait another year to complete the work. I was very satisfied with his honesty. It was not a hard sell. We will probably be hiring him for the work in the Spring.

The roofing crew arrived about 7:30 AM on the date they were supposed to do the job. A site supervisor arrived a little later and was there during most of the work. Rain started about midday and forced the crew to stop, but by that time they had much of the roof of the house reshingled. They protected the undone areas of the house with tarp and left the site. They returned later that afternoon after the heavier rain had stopped. They finished the house roof that afternoon in light rain and replaced the satellite dish. They came back the next day and did the garage roof because it was getting late and dark by the time the house roof was done. They arrived by 7:30 the next morning and completed all the work by about 11:00 AM. The crew was very fast and efficient, and did an excellent job. It was very helpful to have a site supervisor on hand to answer questions and provide updates on the progress of the work. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the speed at which it was done, and the professionalism of the crew and site supervisor. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent! Bob was on-time and very professional. We explained that this call was a different issue than the previous call we had made to this company. We had had a water leak on an exterior wall and wanted the roof inspected for possible leaks. Bob inspected the roof from the top and in the attic. He also checked around the furnace and other possible entry points for water. He determined that the roof was most likely not the problem and continued by inspecting the siding. He identified several gaps in the siding around the windows and in siding transitions that could allow water in. He took the time to explain his findings and then caulked the holes to prevent water entry in the future. To our surprise, at the end of the call he refused to accept payment! We were again delighted with our experience with Wright-at-Home, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their company to anyone. They were honest, friendly, courteous, and thorough--true professionals! A+

We hired Wright At Home to put on a new roof for us. We got three estimates for the job. WAH was not the lowest bid, but we chose them because we were impressed with the estimator, Levi Anderson.Levi was the only estimator who brought a ladder and actually inspected our roof. He was knowledgeable, gave us two options for shingles, and prepared us for the fact that we might need to have the roof redecked. He also looked at our chimney and told us he thought it needed repair or replacement.WAH has two contractors they work with for chimney repair. Levi contacted one of them, and they sent someone to look at our chimney. He recommended total replacement. WAH then sent us a revised estimate that included the chimney work. That repair was completed before the roof work began. Two people worked for about seven hours to rebuild our chimney.The tear-off, redecking, and reroofing took three days. The crew showed up at 7:30 a.m. each day and worked until dark. A project supervisor, Nick Wright, showed up the first morning. The dumpster was not delivered on time, and Nick spent the time he was here on the phone arranging for the dumpster delivery. He stopped by again at the end of the day, when we had a chance to meet him. However, we didn't see Nick again for the duration of the project. Our impression was that WAH was a bit overextended, and as a result the supervisory part of their operation perhaps slipped a bit.We have a boulevard garden, and when materials were delivered, they were stacked on our neighbor's boulevard. This was the most expedient option, but we would have appreciated being consulted so that we could have checked with our neighbors first.We also would have appreciated it if our yard had been picked up at the end of each day. As it was, some of the old shingles were carried to the dumpster at the end of day one, but quite a bit of debris (including pop cans and water bottles) was left until the roofing work was done, making it a difficult for us to navigate. At the end, things were cleaned up satisfactorily.On the whole, we were pleased with WAH's work. The crew was hard-working, and we think they did a good job.
