I am very pleased our new roof that was installed by Wright-At-Home Services. They did everything that they said they would do, including keeping the schedule and being in cost. Good materials were used throughout, and from what I could see from the ground (I was on site while they worked), proper nailing was done. The roof looks great! I waited until late this winter to review the job because in the past we had trouble with ice dams. I'm glad to say there is no longer a problem! All of the underlayment and "Weather Watch" they applied is working--no more leaks from ice dams!

Write-at-Home Services did a wonderful job. They showed up on the day they said they would and finished the job in 1 1/2 days just as they had promised. The work was done professionally, the team that did the work was friendly and polite, and the clean-up was impeccable. I would definitely use them again.

I had Wright-at-Home out because when I switched home owners insurance companies, the new company (AAA) wanted me to replace the roof my house and garage. I appreciated the honesty that Wright-at-Home demonstrated in indicating to me that they did not feel the house room warranted replacement but did go ahead and replace the garage roof. Wright-at-home was able to replace the roof just in time before the winter weather hit, was great about helping me pick out the right colors and styles and got the job done within the budget constraints.I also had them put in new gutters for the garage and install a roof vent (which as not present previously). I was happy with the quality of the work and the followup. I'll definitely consider them in five years or so when the house roof does actually need to be replaced (in the meantime, what got replaced in addition to the garage roof was AAA).

We bought a home that was about 20 years old which needed a new roof. After getting multiple bids for our roof we chose Wright at Home. They weren't the cheapest or most expensive, but their crew was full time employees. We felt comfortable they could handle the challenging issues our roof provided. Throughout the process Mike was attentive to our concerns and made the extra effort to do the job right. The major problem we had was the pitch of the roof and ice build up due to design issues. Mike understood our issues and concerns and spent a lot of time at the job site helping out, making sure the problems were addressed. The project went smoothly from start to finish. 2 weeks later we had a pest control company to address some mice issues. After doing a complete inspection he commented at what a great job Wright at Home had done. The little things were done right so he didn't have any roof holes to close up. It was one of the best jobs he had seen.

We had some water leaking in and had them out to check it out, they determined our roof was indeed not in need of an overhaul, but found a couple of spots around a window that were not installed correctly and did the repairs. He then checked around the rest of the areas of concern and patched up a few spots that might be an issue in the future, but said other that nothing should be a problem. It has been six months and no problems. Oh, on top of all that, he did not charge us for his time.

I liked that they were prompt and gave me a competitive bid. I called 5 other companies for estimate as well. The sales man, I think his name was Philip, that came out to meet me was really good and was able to give detailed explanation about the products that they were using which really impressed me.

We recently purchased our home this past September. The roof is original to the house making it 22 years old. Our home inspector indicated that the roof was still in functioning shape despite its age but recommended new vents and repairing a cracked chimney vent. After looking at Angie's List reviews, we called Wright At Home for a quote. They were very accommodating and honest in their assessment of our roof. Due to the age, I assumed that companies would push to have us replace the roof sooner rather than later. However, the indicated that they felt the roof still had several years of life left in it and it was our call if we really wanted to do the vent replacement or wait until we went ahead with the new roof down the road. The quote was very reasonable for the work performed and we will definitely work to obtain another quote from them for larger roof projects down the road.

They came out and fixed the siding right away and did a great job. We have not had any other problems with it. They were very friendly and professional.

Can't say enough good things about our experience. I was very impressed with how responsive they were, they gave us suggestions that would work well with the house, the crew showed up for the installation on time, had the project done in 1 day and cleaned up exceptionally well. We did not find one roof nail in our lawn or landscaping after the project. They followed up to make sure everything went well and if there was anything else they could do. We found out about them on Angies list and would suggest them to anyone and use them again for future projects.

I called them for an estimate on re-roofing my house after I called my insurance company. They had no problem fitting their schedule around my insurance companies adjuster and showed up on time to work with my insurance adjuster. Right-At-Home was able to do the work for what my insurance claim was and even homered the coupon they had on Angie's List. I will call them again for my roofing needs.

Overall experience was very good. It is nice to have a decent, trustworthy and honest contractor for a change after a string of really bad ones.

The crew arrived early and got moving right away. Apparently my roof has several angles and a steep pitch in one area, so it took 2 days to complete the work. The new roof looks great and Wright-At-Home upgraded both the shingles and warranty. Also, I noticed a small hole in my vinyl siding after the crew left. I called the office and mentioned that I had an extra box of siding. They sent someone out the next day to fix it - no questions asked. Couldn't have been any easier.

Addison, came out to provide an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and helped me ask pertinent questions of my association to ensure compliance. He was friendly and low pressure. Once I kept informed of time frame to completion the crew, arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, professional and able to assist me with all my questions.

My experience with Wright-At-Home Services was excellent from start to finish on my recent roof installation. All the details and options were explained to me and the response to my many questions was quick and thorough. What was amazing was the clean up after the roof was installed. I have 3 dogs and was concerned with any debris left in my yard with all the leaves not yet raked. I was so pleased that I didn't find one bit of anything on my entire property. Truly an outstanding job.

Wright-At-Home was highly recommended by a friend of hours. I researched them on Angie's List and was happy to find they are one of the top rated companies and provided a coupon to Angie's List members. We worked with Phil to get the estimate. If you use them - I recommend working with Phil. He has many years of experience in the business and he spent a decent amount of time with us to explain things when he came out to provide the estimate. Both Phil and the employees at their office were extremely friendly even though I asked them a ton of questions throughout the process. ( I wanted to fully understand what they offered and how it compared to other companies.) They were willing to negotiate a bit on the cost of the shed and I was very happy about that. When they came to do the work - they were right on time and were able to complete the entire job in one day - which exceeded my expectations. The cost was exactly what they estimated and they completely cleaned up after they were done. I couldn't tell they had even been there aside from the new roofs on the 3 different buildings. I would highly recommend them to others.

A very professional sales presentation, and installation. Excellent quality roof installation. Very good job, on site cleanup. A very professional organization, that was hassle free to deal with.

The crew of 7 arrived between 7 and 7:30am and had the roof re-covered with underlay materials before they broke for lunch, and finished, including clean up, by 4pm!! I have never seen so hard- working and coodinated people.

We were very pleased with Wright At Home. We had been out in the yard when 2 men were walking through our neighborhood looking for shingling jobs and pointed out that we had the defective Certainteed shingles. They offered to send someone out to "take a look". The person who came spent about 1 minute on the roof of our garage and told us we did indeed have lots of hail damage. Something didn't sit right with us so we joined Angies List that day and looked this company up and their reviews were not the greatest - not the worst but not good. We then looked for who had really good reviews and found Wright At Home and gave them a call. The person we spoke with on the phone was very professional and Addison was out that very same day and spent a lot of time looking at our entire roof. He was honest, professional and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately we did not have "a lot of hail damage" but we were thankful to find an honest company to replace our defective shingles. Addison also helped us through the process of filing the paperwork necessary to get a credit from Certainteed. We also appreciated the Angie's List Member Discount. A week before the shingles were put on, Addison came to the house to explain exactly what would be happening the day the crew arrived and everything went exactly as he said , except for one thing- they finished sooner than he told us they would finish! The dumpster was delivered with no damage to the driveway, the crew arrived around 8:00AM and we have never seen a team work so hard or so fast. The workers were friendly, careful and were not noisy. The shingles look fantastic, they did a great job cleaning up around the house and yard - we only found a very few nails in the following days and we had expected to find quite a few. None of our shrubs around the foundation of the house were damaged. We are just very pleased. The next week the gutters were installed. They were also very professional and worked fast and were finished in no time! The gutters look great, blend in nicely with the house and we are very pleased. All in all, we couldn't be happier with Wright At Home and highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone we met and worked with on this project was friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working.

I knew my shingles were in bad shape but when my insurance company said fix it or your property insurance will be cancelled, I knew I had to go to work getting bids. I joined Angie's List for this very reason. From the beginning, Wright-At-Home Services provided the best service of any others. While thier estimate was not the lowest, from the quality and detail of their proposal to the material and workmanship warranites, my husband and I did not hesitate to contract with them for our new roof. Michael Mark was the estimator who met with us at our home. He is a very nice and knowlegable guy. He is not over the top pushy to get you to commit on the spot and asked that we let him know if any other bids came in lower as he wanted an opportunity to compete with them and that he did. Once we signed the contract and faxed it in, it was just a matter of an hour or so before Jericha called and set our installation date and gave me details of what to expect etc. She was also very nice and knowlegable. The crew arrived early on a very cool and windy day and completed the project in less than 9 hours - including an emaculate clean-up. Other than the dumpster in the driveway there was not one bit of evidence that they had even been there - except for a brand new awesome looking roof! I would not hesitate one bit to hire them again! We got several bids from companies all with good Angie's ratings, but were most impressed by the time and care Wright-at-home took in appraising and measuring the job. They knew exactly what the work entailed, and promised no surprises. The other estimates had more "ifs" -- "if we get the shingles off and find ..." Wright-at-Home's estimate, however, was slightly higher than the others. As it turned out, this was due to higher quality shingles, more ice-dam protection, and additional vents. Also, the Wright-at-Home estimate was based on completely removing the old, delaminating plywood soffits, whereas the other estimates called for attaching new soffits over the old ones. Furthermore, Wright-at-Home was willing to interrupt the roofing job to allow attic insulation to be put in through the open roof, whereas the other estimates didn't include insulation or else wanted to add insulation from inside the house via the attic trap door. The Wright-at-Home way was by far the best. With part of the roof off the installers could see what they were doing, get insulation in hard to reach places and there was no mess inside the house. When I asked the others for estimates for exactly the same quality work Wright-at Home was offering, the quotes all came back either higher than Wright-at-Home's or else the companies were unwilling to do the same work. The Wright-at-Home representative also found hail damage I was unaware of, and arranged to return to meet with the adjuster from my insurance company. The insurance company subsequently paid part of the cost of the roof. Had the Wright-at-Home representative not gone over the damage with the insurance adjuster, I would have had to cover the full cost of the roof myself. The roofing team was really impressive, fast, efficient and skilled. Although they had to interrupt their work so the insulation could be blown in they we still done by early afternoon. They were also extremely careful not to damage an attached cedar deck or the surrounding plants and shrubs. Clean up was also excellent. So far I haven't found a single dropped roofing nail or any scraps of old shingle.

Phil the salesman saw work. Hail damage and I did not convince him to call the insurance company. He was here when the adjuster came. Claim approved, saved me a boat load of money.

Where to start. We had hail damage to our house (siding and roof) that had occurred sometime in the summer of July 2011. We did not get around to fixing it for a variety of reasons until this summer. After reviewing our claim, our insurance company indicated that only the siding (aluminum) had been damaged and could be replaced. The main problem was that we had an extremely tight turnaround to get all of the work completed and paid for (actual cost + depreciation). In the end, we had to ask for an extension on our one year original policy timeline to get the depreciation costs also covered. (It is a long story of working the our insurance company to get that extension that I will spare you.) That's where Addison with WHS stepped in. Addison was extremely helpful and without him, we would have never got an extension and the work would have cost us more out of pocket. He was great and very competent at his job! I can't say enough about him and the upfront work he did for us. (Having a good local insurance agent also helps). In the end, WHS resided 3 sides our house, repaired some damaged fascia and downspouts, as well as some other small repairs due to the damage. Willie and Daniel were awesome and were very careful and respectful of all of our plants, shrubs, and landscaping. Everything went so smoothly and we are extremely happy with the end product.
