My hubby and I had Zach do a bathroom install on the lower level of our home. He was a subcontractor on this job; however, he does own his own company and performs many services as you can see in the contact services description.

Zach is a very skilled craftsman and is excellent at everything he does. On our job, he did framing, sheet rocking, carpentry, tiling, painting, just to name a few of the trades. We are also looking to either repairing our wood windows or replacing them altogether in the near future. Zach would be a perfect fit as this is so important since purchasing even the top of the line windows is meaningless, if not installed properly and can become a nightmare.

Zach also has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with which is pertinent especially when proceeding with a major project. He takes his time and does an excellent job. His being organized really helps. One significant trait which is important to me is that he respects and takes precaution not to damage other property while perfoming his tasks. Clean up is not an issue.

To sum it all up, our bathroom came out beautiful. I would recommend Zach (Weinkauf) in a heartbeat.

Perfectly, Zach orchestrated everything with the cabinet maker, plumber, electrician, taping so that the timing was perfect and everything was done in 2 weeks.

Weinkauf outbid 2 other companies, showed up on time, worked in freezing rain and beautifully (from the interior and exterior view) installed replacement windows and a deck sliding door.

Zach did the work himself. He measured for the estimate and showed us a sketch of the proposed location of the fence and how it would meet the house on the sides. We made a change to his original sketch and he did the work according to our change. Zach is easy to work with and does quality work. He also replaced our roof and did minor repairs on our leaky chimney. I would recommend him.

Zach was professional, respectful and responsive. Added extra rows of ice/water shield at no charge. Job took two days, but roof was water proof between days to guard against bad weather. He's young but capable and experienced. Highly recommended. He does general contracting work and just submitted a bid on a fencing job for our back yard, which we are currently evaluating. We will ask him for bids for some interior work as well.
