TURCO CONSTRUCTION ROOFING IS EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WENT BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. I can't say enough good things about this company and the work they did for us. Our insurance company would pay for only part of our house to be roofed because only part of the roof was damaged. Four different roofing companies gave us estimates but NONE of them were willing to work with the insurance company to convince them to replace the entire roof and they ALL wanted a large down payment before they would begin the work. Philip and Blake from TURCO CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING told us that not only would they get the insurance company to pay for the entire roof, they would replace our old 3 Tab Roofing with the superior Architectural Roofing that had a lifetime warranty. True to their word they got the insurance company to pay for the entire roof and saved us $8,000! We paid nothing down until the job was complete AND they let us charge the entire job so we earned an additional $200 by doing that. Furthermore, their accounts payable staff were understanding and patient as they helped us through a glitch with our credit card company. (OF course we paid the charges off immediately with our insurance reimbursement.) I've often been told that I am too hard to please. But I couldn't be more pleased with the expert work Justin's crew did, how easy the TURCO team was to work with, how they immediately returned my calls and kept me informed of the progress they were making with the insurance company, how they upgraded my roofing, how they did a great job cleaning up. Thank you Philip, Blake, Justin and Megan for all your hard work, help and advice!

The job went very well, Phillip and his crew were great to work with. Roof looks great, everything was cleaned up and no damage to landscaping.

Excellent! Roof replacement due to hail! Stuart is an awesome guy and I left all the insurance negotiating to him and relaxed. The roofing crew was incredible. When they pulled the old roof off there was a lot of structural problems underneath and all the roof sheathing had to be replaced! The crew didn't even bat an eye and tackled the whole job in a single day! Stuart made sure everything was done right and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for exterior work.

We were given a couple different quotes (I don't remember the names of the other businesses) but I do remember one guy being VERY much in a rush to get an answer from me if we'd use them or not, and the others not seeming to be very knowledgeable whatsoever. The gentlemen we worked with at Turco were not only very respectful (I have young kids) but very informational when it came to time frame, products, and what the overall process would be like. Recently we had some storms roll through (hence me recommending them to others recently) however our new roof didn't seem to be touched! We were very impressed with the products that were recommended, we felt they were honest, and the price was fair!

The TURCO salesman worked with the insurance company to get payment for hail damage, and promised me a lot of work. After I signed the contract and the insurance proceeds came through, the work promised was difficult to get. I asked for drip edge for the roof, and it was refused, until pointed out is was required by code. The first two rows of felt (tar paper) are a special sticky type - they put it over nails, dirt, and paper, not bothering to sweep up or clean off the roof. We agreed to peak vents, they started installing regular roof vents, and did not even know how to install peak vents. Nobody on the crew spoke English, so it took a day to communicate with them about the peak vents. I ended up on the roof to show them how they were installed. The replacement vent fan rattled, and had to be replaced. The gutter openings were smaller then the ones agreed to, and had to be replaced - the excuse being "we ran out of the bigger size, and thought you wouldn't mind." The gutters have leaked since they were installed. After reviewing what they were reimbursed for by the insurance company, they went back and asked for more money for flashing that they told me wasn't needed, and was never installed - this is insurance fraud. I should have checked with the BBB first - they had a lot of complaints about TURCO.

They were a full service company they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their customer service was great even after they finished the job.
