T&D contractor Truong is very dishonest, be very careful allowing him to inspect your roof, he is known to damage people roof and trying to get the work. Most of his work is done under the table. No matter how cheap he is, be reconsider using him for your next home project. Truong is a thief, liar, and cheats on his work.
