THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS, OUR HOME HAS A WIRED SECURITY SYSTEM. I TOLD PELLA AND BOTH INSTALLERS THAT THERE IS A MAGNETIC SENSOR WIRED IN THE DOOR & FRAME. I EVEN POINTED IT OUT TO THEM, A SHORT TIME LATER THEY REMOVED THE DOOR & FRAME AND BROKE THE WIRE OFF. FORTUNATELY, IT DID NOT COST EXTRA TO REPAIR BUT IT WAS CARELESS. THEIR CLEANUP WAS OKAY. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE. I DON'T KNOW THE AMOUNT PAID FOR LABOR TO INSTALL AS IT WAS ALL LISTED AS ONE PRICE FOR PELLA'S TOP OF THE LINE PATIO DOOR, ABOUT $5200.

THE INSTALLATION QUALITY WAS HORRIBLE. THE WORK HAS BEEN INSPECTED, THEY HAVE AGREED TO RECTIFY.
