"Hello... we apologize for the inconvenience happened, but we were very clear about it. When we add the items on the system, it gives us standard sizes, when we notice a difference in the measurements, we add a bulky fee, your fee was minimum, for the movers to be aware of this.. We have our expenses as well, we can't move a 1000cf sized shipment with a charge of 300cf.. We did our best to help you out on this, and the manager deducted another $1000 to make you happy .. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!"
