Edgar is very responsive and flexible with what we need. We have a basement bedroom that we utilize when my in-laws stay with us for an extended time. Edgar was able to adjust the areas of the house they would clean based on our needs, adding the basement bedroom when our family was visiting. It is such a relief to know that the house will be clean, not a spot is missed. Thank you!

Excellent! Badillo’s is reliable, respectful, professional, and so easy to work with. We’ve had them do monthly cleans for us do the last several months and are very pleased with their work. It feels like walking into a luxury hotel when I get home!! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

It did not go well. I selected Edger and his wife to do the job because Edger was very responsive in the beginning. Once I gave the job to them, they did not do the deep cleaning of the entire house that they were supposed to do; their work was ok at best, may be good at spots but not consistently OK or good through the whole house. I called Edgar to redo areas where they had clearly not cleaned, and also asked him to inspect what they cleaned earlier and redo them, if necessary. They came to do the redo but after they left a second time, their work was still very sub-par. Even corners of windows they said they cleaned were filthy dirty and the blinds were half cleaned in that the corners of the actual blinds were still dirty. I called back multiple time only for Edgar to tell me that “he does not have time to come back to redo again.” He then claimed that I was trying to get out of paying him, even though I had given him a check before for the total owed. In the end, I had to renegotiate a reduced prices after they charged me full price for 5 hours. In my opinion, their work was very, very poor and in the end they still charged me for 5 hours of work (although at reduced $/hour rate).

What a gem this cleaning company is! We had them clean for us yesterday and could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail and the thorough job they did for us. We are so happy to have found such caring people to take care of our home. They were on time, very pleasant to deal with and knew what they were doing! I have had several cleaning services in the past and wasn't overly thrilled with any of them. Edgar and his wife are top notch A+. I will have them back on a monthly basis.

I have been using this service for almost three years, and it never ceases to amaze me how consistent and professional this team has been. They are thorough, punctual and professional beyond belief! I very highly recommend them!

They offer professional results and are pleasant to do business with, concise and fast. I’d recomend them to anyone and will continue to use them on our home bi weekly. Tour Home looks great and using them every other week really cuts down on the energy needed to keep up the House.

It's been going great. They're reliable. We've been pretty happy with the actual work. We use them to do deep cleaning and we're pretty specific on what we want done and they always do what we need. I also like that from time to time if we have an off request or something different we want done just once, they're very flexible and accommodating.

The service was amazing. They were super detailed and did an amazing job. They will definitely be coming to perform more cleaning details for me very soon.

I have had housecleaners for 40 years---Badillo's is the best! They not only thoroughly clean everything,they will also do whatever else you need done. They are very helpful,honest and kind. I can't imagine life without them!
