We hired this pro to clean our gutters last fall 2017 with an Angie's list deal. He was injured just after we purchased so was unable to perform the service. He did honor the deal and cleaned our gutters in later spring 2018 with a reminder email from us. Work was done promptly and well. Would use again.

The garage door opener stopped working and the door was 1/2 way up. Rick came over and did a temporary fix so we could get the door closed. He scheduled our replacement opener installation for the next day and was very prompt.

Ryan told me he would be at my house on Nov3 but never showed. After I asked repeatedly, he told me that he had closed down his services for the season. I received no notice of this until I asked at least twice. I have been left in the position of having to find some other service when the weather is getting bad. Ryan did not communicate. He seemed very unprofessional.

First, I filled out the contact form on his website and did not receive a response. I waited a week figuring it's his busy season. His website offers the option to text him, so I did that. He responded fairly quickly to that and said he would come on October 26 and would email me an invoice along with before and after pictures. I worked from home on October 26 because I just prefer to be home for these kinds of things. He never showed up. I sent him a text at 8:30 that evening and have never heard back 9 days later. It is obviously his prerogative to accept or decline any job for any reason, but common courtesy would be to at least respond and tell me he decided not to accept. Now it's November 4 and I'm concerned we won't be able to schedule someone else this late in the year.

They did not charge me more than the $149. It was perfectly clean. It took maybe like an hour. It was just one guy. He gave me a nice recommendation too. He was going to give me some suggestions on how to keep that up.

Ryan spent a couple hours doing the work. He brought his own hoses to ensure I had good water flow in all downspouts afterwards. He went over what he did when he finished. He is a nice guy. Price was very reasonable.

As usual with this company, it went great. They did a thorough job of cleaning my gutters and flushing the downspouts. Ryan is always very responsive and runs a great company. He assures customers that he is very safety conscious and his workers are fully insured.

I thought I had purchased the $149 coupon for 125 lineal feet of gutter deal earlier in the winter. Apparently I hadn't. But Ryan Doliber, the owner, got me on the schedule promptly and, I later found out, gave me the coupon deal even though the time for purchasing it had expired. He cleaned our gutters last year as well and did a good job then also.

Ryan did an excellent job cleaning our gutters. On the initial date we had scheduled, he had a sick child at home and he immediately connected with us to find a new date to reschedule the appointment. Ryan showed up on time and was great to work with.

"I'd like to add a few facts to this review. The coupon was purchased on Saturday 10/31/15 and I replied back to you first thing Monday morning (11/1/15) stating that I had a couple openings remaining on my fall schedule for the dates November 5th and 6th. I did not receive a response back from you until 30 days later December 1st, which is well beyond our fall season. Freezing temperatures greatly affect the amount of time required and often make conditions unsafe for gutter cleaning. I replied to your Dec 1st message that same day stating "Unfortunately the gutter cleaning season ended with the first freeze and it will resume in the spring once temps have thawed." You once again messaged on Jan 8th requesting a refund and a phone call. I called the number provided on Jan 12th when I returned to town from vacation per your request. I left a voicemail explaining that Angie's List processes all refunds and gave an email address and phone number 1 (888) 888-LIST to call to have that refund processed. I encourage you once again to call Angie's List and have your refund processed. For future customer, we always honor coupons in the spring if freezing conditions set in before a scheduled appointment. As much as I wish we could clean gutters all winter long, most reasonable people will understand that weather conditions prohibit it. I cleaned gutters on over 400 homes this past year, and I guess the only complaint is that I don't clean them in the winter. Ryan Doliber"
