I have gone to Tiremaxx Big Lake for the last 5 years for oil changes, tire service and general vehicle maintenance. You are greeted warmly as you walk in the door. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to listen to all your concerns and welcomingly answer any questions and the prices are competitive. After only a couple visits I have since been greeted by name as I have walked in. I emergently drove in this morning at 0920 for a flat tire as I had to be at a meeting by 1000 15 miles away. I was greeted by name instantly as I walked in and I was out of there by 0940 and at my meeting on time, and they were serving several others at the same time! They are very efficient, fast and thorough at the same time. This is the place I will always go for oil changes, tires, tire work and light maintenance.
