They didn't do the work that I asked for which was very specific for a reason. I would tell people to be weary that these people should be called big bucks cabinets because that's all they're looking for. He refused to make the changes that I asked for, and then finally agreed if I paid twice for the issue that he created! After that I simply gave up on working with them and hired another company to clean up their mess. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Overall an ok experience. Becky at Thompson is easy to work with. We had some design issues along the way but we were able to sort these out in a reasonable manner. Avoid any contact with Clay, the actual cabinet builder if possible. When Clay arrived with our cabinets for the install we saw several things that were not exactly as we had invisioned they would be built. We asked Clay about these differences and he blew up at us.. shouting "You signed off on this"! He then threatened to load the cabinets back up and haul them all back to his shop. After 10 minutes of heated discussion he finally cooled down. We paid a significant amount of money for the cabinets and were only looking for some customer service from him. Becky subsequently apologized for his behavior. The cabinet themselves turned out very well and we really like them. Just avoid any/all contact with Clay if you decide to use Thompson.

LOVE THE WORK CLAY DOES - QUALITY CANNOT BE BEAT- HE IS VERY BUSY AND IT IS SOMETIMES HARD TO GET ON HIS SCHEDULE - BUT IF YOU DO YOU WILL LOVE WHAT HE DOES.
