The RONDO'S Construction LLC

We hired The Rondos Construction after our previous contractor did not get our project going in a timely manner. Ray gave us a reasonable timeline and was on track the entire project. The Rondos Construction did everything that was outlined in the job scope. We were able to select materials from several stores that were located near us. The quality of our remodel was exactly what we expected. Ray had great communication throughout the project.

I made it clear from the beginning that I could not be restricted in where I could get my tiles from as I had vey specific tiles in mind. He agreed, said it wouldn’t be a problem then went back on his word. Saying I could only order tiles from menards lowes home depot or the tile shop and I can't order from their website it has to be currently in their store then it was just excuse after excuse not to get the work done. mind you I signed the contract in April and it is was mid July nothing had been ordered, No repairs had been started and Ray could not provide a start date. I cancelled the contract and he kept my money.

Water damage in February. By middle of July still not a single thing done. I cancelled the contract and he charged me close to $7000 for doing absolutely nothing!
