THEY LEFT LARGE HOLES IN THE YARD WHERE LARGE BRANCHES FELL AND THEIR EQUIPMENT TORE UP LARGE SECTIONS OF TURF WHEN THEY MADE TURNS. THE TREE STUMP WAS NOT TOTALLY GROUND UP AND I WILL NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO COME OUT AND GRIND DOWN THE STUMP FURTHER. I ASKED THEM ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OUR YARD, ETC. THIS WAS NOT STATED IN THEIR PROPOSAL. THEIR FINAL INVOICE STATES THAT THEY WILL TRY NOT TO DAMAGE PROPERTY, BUT OCCASIONALLY DIVOTS AND MACHINE TRACKS MAY APPEAR IN LAWNS FOR WHICH THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. THIS IS VERY DECEIVING. THE PROPOSAL AND THE INVOICE SHOULD STATE THE SAME THING. THEIR DIVOTS WERE VERY LARGE AND THE MACHINE TRACKS WERE MANY, PLUS THEY DID A POOR JOB OF REMOVING THE STUMP.
