I'm a fairly new homeowner and this was my first roof replacement. Kevin from New Century Exteriors worked closely with me from quote to project completion. He and New Century Exteriors was always very responsive and respectful of my many questions regarding the project, helping me learn about the various aspects as we went along. The work quality looks great and the work site was always clean at the end of the day. I will be recommending them to my neighbors.

This is a small company owned and operated by a man and his wife.  As needed, Rick hires men who have worked with him for several years. Rick came out to bid the job. He spent a good amount of time determining what needed to be done, and was a good listener to my questions and desires. A quote was provided in a short period of time, along with a start date. The start date they gave me was seven weeks out, and they started on that exact day. I was impressed with the fact that Rick the owner of the company was involved in all aspects of the job, from bidding to working with the crew on the roof, making sure the install was done properly. I had many others quote the job also, but selected New Century Exteriors, as I was impressed with his straight forwardness, believed him to be a man of integrity, and he had the best price and product value. They had installed many Metro steel roofs before, but never the cottage shingle style as it was a fairly new product. I had studied the installation of that model and knew it had a different installation process. I went over this with him and his lead man and they agreed to install it as the Metro literature had suggested. This was a bit different for them, but it went smoothly once they got started. They spent four days on the installation. They cleaned up every night before they left and also did a magnet sweep to pick up the loose nails from the tear-offs. Susie, the other 1/2 of the company, who takes care of phone calls, e-mail, paper work, scheduling, follow-up, etc., responded quickly to any questions I had, and was excellent to work with. We are very satisfied with the product, installation, and the company. I would highly recommend them. Milo

Rick Case was our sales rep he was very knowledgable and professional. He came out to meet with my home insurance inspector on our behalf which was was great help. The work was completed in a timely manner and the clean up was superb! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I had an excellent experience from the beginning. Rick was very easy to work with and took time to explain all possibilities. One issue came up and we worked together to solve it in a manner that worked for all of us. The crew was professional, friendly and trust worthy. They were prompt, cleaned up everyday and worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner once the project was started. Unfortunetly due to weather etc. the project started at a date much later than I expected. I would recommend this company.
