+ -1 moreThe initial quote jumped up from $1200 to $2000 with the carpet reinstall and cleaning, so I'd recommend getting a full bid up front if you use this company.
Description of Work: Water entered my basement due to a backup of the rain gutter and this company gave me an initial bid to remove the water, as well as the soaking wet carpet pad where affected. They left blowers under the carpet for a few days until it was completely dry. Then, they recommended a carpet layer to come in and replace the pad, re-stretch and re-install the dried carpet over the new pad, and replace the furniture which had been moved out of the small room in the basement. They did have to come back and repair a door frame where the door plate had been damaged somehow.
