+ -1 moreI live in an apartment 40 miles away. When I came back to look at it after it was done, I wasn't sure I was driving up to the same home. They painted it to look like the house, but they did some other work so it didn't look like the same garage. They broke the price down for every part of the project, and they made sure that everything was done to code. The whole place looked different, and the whole yard looked good once again. The price was very reasonable, and I was very satisfied with how everything looked - inside, outside and the garage.
Description of Work: They removed and replaced my overhead garage door, they repaired a service door, they removed and replaced some overhang, they fixed a broken window, they replaced some Masonite on the lower half of the building, they removed a oil-burning stove and capped the vent, and they cleaned the garage up and disposed of the necessary items to make it presentable. In the house, they had to do some fixing around and taping around my patio door. They also installed some drywall and paper around the patio door to make sure there was no issue with safety. They removed a door in my dining room, and they fixed some trim and patched and repaired some walls in the interior, then did a clean and sweep of the house. They also removed some carpeting, and they cleaned up some debris in the basement. They also removed two refrigerators, and they disposed of an old shed I had at the home.
