My entire experience with IGS was good, from start to finish. Jon and BJ came out and gave me an estimate. They gave me some information about different kind of gutters, and described the benefits of steel gutters and downspouts. They sent me an estimate within a few days, and when we accepted, scheduled the project for a day that was convenient for me. The workmen were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their jobs. They worked hard, and did not disturb the landscaping, etc. around the house, and cleaned up their mess each day. They billed us electronically in a timely manner, and the cost was a bit less than they estimated. A week after the installation, there was a severe hail storm, and a few of the gutters were damaged. They have been working with us to give an accurate estimate to the insurance company to replace the damaged gutters. Their schedule is fairly full, but they are very professional, and clear about giving reasonable expectations for when the work can be completed. I highly recommend this company.

Overall, the job went well. It ended up taking part of three days to finish because the first day the ladders were too short and the second day they ran low on extensions and had to come back to finish up the third day. I didn't think that either of these things were a problem and the end product looks great. The owner came out on the third day to finish things up and to make sure we were happy with the job. The crew was prompt, friendly and professional.
