THEY WERE OVER 2 MONTHS LATE STARTING THE PROJECT FROM WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY NEVER MADE UP FOR THE LOST TIME OR STAYED WITH THE JOB ONCE THEY WERE THERE.
