very smooth transaction. Could not have gone any smoother.they have even offered to pick up my vehicle if I can't make it in.

They are very friendly. They are prompt. There is not any trouble with making an appointment. They pick up my husband's car from work they service it, and bring it back to him. There was one time I needed some WD-40 I went into purchase a can of it. They did not have any for sale. They went back, and found a can that already been used, and they just gave it to me for free.
