Furniture - Sales
Ordered a bed set from Dewey and was told that it would just be a matter of days and it would be in, because "they get trucks in all the time." Called and stopped in repeatedly, told it will just be a couple of days. After three weeks, stopped in and talked to another employee said that two to three weeks was normal to get in an order. When I asked why I wasn't told that from the start I wasn't given an answer. This dragged on for just short of two months. When I went in and said if I don't get it this week I want my money back it mysteriously showed up right away.
