CABINET CORNER BUILDING CTR

We ordered a replacement part for a jotul woodstove...they are the only dealership. They could not seem to understand the necessity to include YEAR , Model & part number....I showed them the part, they took a photo. I waited....waited....waited, over 6 weeks & called them. NO part had come. There was NO CONTINUITY, but they ordered the part again....Two weeks later called that the part was in. I drove there & it didn't even resemble the part needed. They would 'check into it'....NEVER called back. I ended up having the broken part repaired at another location....Cabinet Corner could have referred me there or contracted with them.....TOTALLY lacking in customer service. I had also asked for a custom cabinet estimate on the first visit...NEVER got that either~ ALSO, this address as shown in the phone book is NOT where they are located.
