NUMEROUS BUILDING CODES WERE VIOLATED INCLUDING: NO WEEP SCREEDS, STUCCO TOO THIN IN MANY AREAS, USED A ONE COAT SYSTEM ONLY, DID NOT USE GRADE ''D'' PAPER.
