It's not often that realization meets expectation. I was lucky enough to experience this when I engaged Steve Kolbinger of Kolbinger Construction Services. My house was damaged by water to the tune of $20K. Water started in the 2nd floor bathroom destroyed the living room, laundry rom and downstairs exercise room. Steve and his crew took their time and were methodical about the repairs. Steve even pulled a full strings to get an bathroom vanity 's construction expedited from the cabinet maker. Steve constantly consulted during the reconstruction process and the results, thanks to an incredible attention to detail, are a house better than it was before the disaster. So, the bottom line that everyone on this list wants to know is: Would you use this contractor again? The answer is a most enthusiastic "YES".
