MIDWEST CANINE TRAINING

We have a husky and lab that are like children to us and have never left them alone for more than a couple days. We were going on a 10 day trip where we could not take them so we searched high and low, touring multiple kennels, trying to find a kennel we felt was most suitable for our dogs. Upon meeting the owner we both left very optimistic from our tour and decided to board the dogs there for the 10 days. The price was substantially lower than many other kennels offering similar amenities too. Upon return from our trip we found our dogs to be extremely happy and healthy we couldn't have been more thrilled. They seemed to know our dogs better than we did and were more than happy to talk and discuss training tips. Prior to the trip we had some problems with a third dog and they were willing to help talk us through it at no charge. So kind so helpful and so knowledgable. We plan on more and more of these trips in the future and will ALWAYS be returning to midwest!

My dogs seem to love going there. They get pretty excited when I turn down the road. When I drop them off they don't care that I am leaving. When I pick them up they always look so healthy.

I have 4 dachshunds who do not know they are dogs. One is a rescue who came from a very bad situation and I was worried about leaving her at a kennel. Dave was awesome with all of the dogs. I have left the others once before and actually had one of my chow hounds refuse to eat while I was gone. They stayed in a private room at Midwest complete with bed, chair and TV. Since it was cold and snowy they did not have a lot of outdoor time but were allowed to exercise in a fenced yard by themselves until they were ready to come in. When I picked they up they were healthy and happy and I will use Midwest again.
