Went very well. Quick, polite, and on time. No pressure sales, and very informative. It looks very nice. I wasn't home for the install, and other than the new carpet, I can't even tell that anyone was here doing work.

Process went great. Max came out and measured, made recommendations for product and preliminary work (we did our own tear-out of old floors). Product was ordered and came in on schedule. The wood installer, Terry, did a great job. Both rooms with the wood flooring had many angles and step edges, doorways etc. He gave very careful attention to the cuts and fit. The wood product we used is beautiful. All was done on schedule and we were kept informed to the progress. Carpet install was basic and turned out nice also.
