They quality is very high. I always use them.

It went good, no complains. Highly recommended.

The experience was very good. It was high price high value window so we paid more but we felt we got a better quality window. It was a significant project. In terms of high cost, you get value for your investment.

It went great. This is the second house I had Andersen windows installed. I liked them so much in my first house that I called Kim in sales when I was ready to do it again. This time I put a couple gliders and a crank window in the kitchen and it gives a very unique look. The workmen are such professional. They also take great care not to be intrusive, messy etc. My mom had new Marvin windows installed by the Airport commission several years ago and you can hardly lift them up and you sure can't get the screen out to wash them. Andersen windows push up with one hand and pull out and are super easy to clean.
Another big plus was the new screens they offer that are so sheer that you feel you don't have screens at all.

They were good. The estimate that they came out was good, had followup service. The guys who came to do the work were all good. They did excellent work and we were all happy with the job. They were here when they said they would be, the quote came and advertised and the sales guy was good.

They did a great job. They were efficient, and the windows look good. The crew cleaned up themselves nicely.

They want me to take the storm door back to the store and replace it myself as it has started to rot. I am not handy and have a bad back. I am very disappointed that they are unwilling to work with me on the labor to get the product back in working order.

Overall the work was excellent.

Wow, what an ongoing nightmare. A very expensive sliding deck door was installed in June 2010. From there, here is a timeline of events:

• Spring 2011 - cold air coming into the door; multiple (at least 3) attempts (by Andersen) to fix the problem.
• Summer 2011 - problem persists; Andersen continues to attempt to fix the problem.
• Fall and Winter 2011 - problem returns; multiple (at least 5) attempts by Andersen to fix the problem.
• Spring 2012 - problem still persists; Andersen replaces the door free of charge.
• Spring 2012 - with new door installed, a loud and persistent whistling sound is present each and every time the wind blows.
• Spring 2012 and continuing through today - Andersen has been to our house to and quot;re-caulkand quot; and adjust the door no fewer than ten times in the past two months.

They cannot fix the problem without hearing the whistling noise. Andersen has now requested that we contact them when it is windy so that a technician can hear the noise. When we asked if technicians would be able to come to our home during evenings or on weekends when we are home, the answer is and quot;no, we are not open during those hours.and quot; When we pointed out that it will be challenging for us to stay home from work on windy days to meet with a technician, the Service Manager for the Twin Cities Metro (yes, the Service Manager), said, and quot;well, there is nothing more we can do.and quot;
Bottom line...AWFUL experience. Now I'm faced with a door that whistles anytime the wind blows; an unwillingness to fix the problem, and in all likelihood having to pay another firm for a new door. Never again will I purchase anything from Andersen Windows.

The windows are still leaking water down my basement and my basement walls. I keep calling them to come check out the situation and hopefully get it fixed. There have been about 3 times that I called and talked to a service representative and they keep telling me the same thing. I want to talk with someone in upper management, but they will not allow me to speak with anyone. I was told by the service people that I bought lower end windows that were not built to sustain heavy driving rains. They are not giving me any satisfaction what so ever and it just sounds like they don't want to bother to come out and fix the problem.

We had a good experience and their price was very competitive. We will continue to use their services if needed.

Lavey Windows originally installed my windows I purchased form this company. When I had problems and the windows went bad, Anderson Windows came out and replaced the windows for free. This is an outstand company that came highly recommended.

I was able to negotiate their price. They were very professional, responsive and prompt. The quality of their work was good and I was pleased with their service.

The installation was excellent. The staining was not so good. They hired some outside people to do the staining. The two indivduals who came to our house, one of them were not focused on what he was doing and left a bunch of stain drips. He came back the next day and he said that wasn't a problem. He kind of cleaned up. They did not tell us that the varnish they were going to use was laytex and not oil based. We were surprised to get into the job and find out that they weren't using the best finish. We have had some free work done on couple of the windows. I have re-varnished several of the windows because they had water damage the first and second year. I talked to them and they said it was common for that to happen.

They got the contractors to do the installation work. The contractors did a good job. They were friendly and nice. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was high. They were on time and very professional.

They did a very good job. Overall, I was satisfied with their work. They knew what they were doing. They made a couple of errors that they corrected without any question.

They are always very prompt with scheduling their work. They told me when they are going to be here and they showed up on time. There has been no mess and they cleaned up well after themselves. Their workmanship is excellent and I say this because they recheck the quality and start all over again if they are not happy with the way it looks which happened with one of my windows. They spotted an issue and fixed it even before I could point it to them and as a matter of fact it didn t even look like an issue to me. They gave me a decent quote considering the number of windows I have in this house. On the whole it s gone very well with them.

The Windows in our home were getting old so we decided to have them replaced. Andersen is pretty well known in this area so we chose them. The experience was okay, it wasn't great. After they installed the windows we had air leaks. On another one the work was just done sloppy. They damaged some of my woodwork and there were a number of little things like that. I called and had them come back with a supervisor. The supervisor had them fix it but in the end I still wasn't happy with it.

We have used them before. They show up on time and do great work. They had to reconstruct a lot of the trim around the large window. They did a great job.

Their guy was prompt as far as coming out. They gave me a printed estimate on their first visit. We had three different outfits out here and their estimate was competitive. The job took them two days and they were very efficient. The windows look great and they followed up to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend them.

The service was very nice. The windows turned out really well. They did a good job. The workers were friendly and came on time. They cleaned up after themselves.
