Lakewood Bank

I went to get a mortgage, got approved and then was basically forwarded to Steve. He basically told me what I was approved for; and had me sign a bunch of papers. He did not explain anything. Our closing date got pushed back over a week; and I knew nothing of what was going on because he would not answer or return my calls. I actually had to have someone I know at the bank contact him for me so I could find out what was going on. It was my first time buying a house. As far as I knew closing costs are always added into the mortgage. The day we closed, about 30 minutes before we closed I was informed that I was to have a money order for all the closing costs when we got there. After the war I went through with him, he didn't even show up at the closing and we did it without him. I highly recomend staying away from Steve Ennis!
