Randy's Rapid Tile Service

Randy called me the day he was to be at my home and he was lost driving around in another town in MN which is not the town where I live. They showed up late. As Randy prepared the floor, I was laying out the tile in the pattern I wanted. His helper was handing Randy the tiles in the wrong order. So the floor did not look exactly the way I had layed it out. Randy said he was surprised that the tile was such high quality tile since it was purchased at a local home improvement store. As Randy was leaving he told me that we should stay off the floor over night, so we stayed off the floor. Then he told me that he would not be there the next day to grout. He would have his helper grout. The next day his helper showed up as scheduled after calling because he was lost again in the same town as the day before. He arrived after figuring it out, and proceeded to grout the floor. After he left, I noticed scuff marks on the tiles because he had worn his knee protectors while he was grouting. I found out later that you should not wear those hard plastic knee protectors while grouting marble tile. I would not hire these guys again.
