"Member, Thank you for your report. May I ask why you failed mention your order was never screen printed and you received hundreds of dollars in free embroidery because your order was upgraded to match the company you placed your order with? Also, that myself (the business owner) delivered your garments to you, and at that time you personally inspected them, said they looked great and you personally signed off on an invoice for your garments? As a business owner I've dealt with many companies, individuals and even large corporations. Mistakes happen. If at anytime my company has been at fault or made a mistake, we've replaced the garment or given a refund to the client. In this situation, I never had that chance to correct anything because I didn't know about anything being unacceptable. I'm very leery about doing business with a company that doesn't operate in a professional manner. This post is very childish and I wish you would have called me directly to assist you in any problems you may have had. I'm sorry for your negative experience.
