Gary is very responsive when I contact him and he does the work I have needed very quickly. I feel his charges are very reasonable and sometimes I felt he did not charge enough. I will definitely be going back!

Gary was accomodating setting up the time of the appointment. He was running a little late the day of the appointment, but called to advise me. He set up the new laptop and enthusiastically showed me its features, aand gave me advice about maintaining it.

.My desktop computer had been giving me fits for months. I tried another highly-rated computer repair service twice. Each time they kept my computer, ran diagnostics, and returned it to me saying they couldn't find anything wrong. They didn't charge me anything but I was without my computer for several weeks overall. Neighbors told me about Gary Hottman who happens to live very close. Since the most immmediate problem had to do with connecting to the Internet, he actually came to the house and spent a couple of hours, detecitng a worm and getting my computer back on line. He also made a few other changes. Less than a week later I began having trouble again but this time it was the same problem the other company couldn't find to fix. I brought the computer to Gary and in a fairly short time I had it back. This time the repair seemed to take care of everything and the computer is still running well. After getting the desktop back we sent Gary an older laptop which was really running slow. Gary returned it in a days time and it is running better than it has for some years. He also gave us some suggestions for keeping both computers functioning well.
Gary was professional, friendly and very helpful. I would certainly use him again.

One time when we were driving around I came across a sign for Hottman Computers. It turned out to be a computer service/business Gary Hottman operats in his garage. I found him to be nice and friendly. I didn't pay too much attention to the prices of things, but he sold us an old scanner for a very reasonable $10. When I had issues with it I took it back to him and he helped us resolve them without charging us. He also took a look at my computer I brought in and removed a virus for me. He is very knowledgeable on computers and has been willing to help me out for free a couple times, although, I have gotten the feeling he was getting a hankering to charge me for service when I took my computer in and called him on the phone about a virus. I would recommend him. He is much cheaper (and better) than going to Geek Squad, Staples, Office Depot, or other large corporations.

Gary was very helpful and professional. I hired him just to set up the new printer and software, but he made many good suggestions about updates to both computers. He also handled the disposal of the old printer.
