Mark of Arend Remodeling gave us great service. He is honest, and we found his estimates very accurate for the actual costs. His estimation of how long the project would take to complete was very accurate and he is highly reliable. He is clearly dedicated to quality and doing things with excellence and care. He works with good subcontractors, and made sure their work for us met our expectations. We recommend him highly and without any reservation. We would certainly hire him again (hope to have him return next year for a bathroom remodel!)

Mark was highly recommended to me by Jerry Adamsson, who installed my hardwood floors. I had a couple of people/companies out to give me estimates and no one followed through. I called Mark, and he got back to me immediately. He informed me that he was booked for a few weeks but could come over and meet with me to go over the work and provide me with an estimate. This he did, on time and as promised. His estimate was detailed and allowed me to make choices that worked for me.  
Mark was always responsive to my voicemails and emails. He gave me some options for when he could do the work, we agreed, and he delivered as promised.
The apron looks great, I can't tell his repairs on the floor from the rest of the floor, and the lights are perfect. Mark was great to work with, delivered on his commitments, and did high quality work. Now I can highly recommend him! The granite is being installed tomorrow, and I'm confident everything will go well and look great.
