When I first contacted Rob, my system was in a state of disarray. The water chemistry was off, algae was out of control, and my livestock was not healthy. After the first visit I could see things change for the better and today, the system is absolutely thriving. My corals are beautiful and my fish are very healthy.
Rob is always very punctual, extremely knowledgeable with his craft, easy to talk to, and very trustworthy. He even stops by to feed the fish while I am away on vacation or traveling for business.
He gives me a reminder call every 2 months and we set up an appointment. He brings his own gear and towels. Also, asks before he shows up if you would like him to pick up anything for your tank. He is on time, pleasant, neat and the tank looks great when he leaves. He also is very knowledgable about tanks and fish and will answer all your questions.
