Horrible...they destroyed our carpet in 3 different locations, the daughter acknowledged they were at fault, the mother, the owner, never saw the damage, would never return my calls and then claimed our carpet was old, which It wasn't and how could she come to that conclusion since she never bothered to check out our complaint. As I have written before, we had just remodel our house to the tune of $100,000 and didn't replace the carpet because it didn't need replacing. They look good on the surface, and the initial cleaning went fine, but I was at home when the damages occurred, didn't see them happen, but the cleaning crew were huddled in the hallway talking in Spanish, which I happen to speak so I heard most of what they were saying and they left quickly not saying a word to me. The response and denial of the company is outrageous. All I will say is buyer beware.

The initial contact for a quote via e-mail went very well and communication was prompt (with Melanie). A date for an in-house appointment was made for Pamela to show up at the house for a full quote for move out cleaning. We met Pamela for our walk-through of the house and a quote of $200 was agreed upon (that included cleaning out the front patio and garage) and for us to leave a cash payment on the counter for the crew.
The day after the cleaning, we went over to the house and noted that the patio was not swept out (we understand that it was fall and we didn't take the leaves into account) with gravel all over the front door. We walked indoors and for the most part, the floors looked to be cleaned up and the upstairs carpet was vacuumed (we saw vacuum marks). During our walk-through, we were told that the drawers and cupboards would be wiped down and cleaned out and the sink wiped down, but that was not the case. The drawers did not look like they were even vacuumed and there was still bits of dust/dirt still in there. The sink had crusty bits in them that were not there before, so not sure what happened there. 
I walked toward the stairs and just saw a layer of dust still on the bottom of the banisters. I had to dust it and wipe it down myself as we had a house showing the very next day, so we did not have time to call them and have them come back to re-clean the house - to be honest, at this time, I just wanted to be done. The last straw was when the kitchen floors still had shoe prints from when the movers were just moving a few weeks prior. 
I was actually going to have a contract for them to clean our new house, but I had to rethink that because of this "first impression". It is very unfortunate, as they had been a recommendation from a friend of ours and we wanted to like them.

Overall, the cleaning crews did a good job for the 1.5 years that I retained their services. Unfortunately, the last cleaning in early October did not meet my expectations or the typical performance that they had done on past cleanings. I communicated to MyGirlsCleaning that I was disappointed in the wood floor - there was still dog drool everywhere and you could see the schmeered rag strokes - leaving the floor in worse condition than it was before they cleaned it. I asked MyGirlsCleaning if they could please come back and re-do the floor....there was NO RESPONSE.
Two months later, I receive a text from MyGirlsCleaning reminding me of my scheduled service, without any acknowledgement of their lack of response to my concerns....I told them that I would no longer be using their service because of their lack of responsiveness in fixing the wood floor problem. MyGirlsCleaning reactionary response to this was, "we apologize for the lack of communication...is there is anything we can do, please let us know". Cop out.
They had no interest in keeping me on as their customer and I'm not sure why because I was a steady customer that never complained in the 1.5 years they had me, an easy cleaning job, plus I got them several clients in my condo building. If they were interested in keeping me on as a happy customer, they would have offered me a discount (or FREE) on my next cleaning to make up for the crappy wood floor and lack of accountability when I communicated these concerns. I would have happily accepted that offer and this review would have been about how great they are.

Having read the response I finally have to respond again. Thier comment about wanting their insurance company replace our carpet is completely false. We had just completed a renovation of our home that was over $100,000, which Melanie was aware of. Our carpet was and is in very good condition (except for the damage caused by My Girls). Had it not been, it would have been replaced during the remodel. What I find completely apalling is that the owner never returned my calls, never contacted me or attempt to see herself the actual damage they clearly caused and offer any type of repair options. It seems that they avoid any responsibility for their employees damage and in this case the owners daughter's first comment was that they clearly caused the damage to our carpet. Good luck to anyone who uses their service. I would welcome any contact from the owner.

I had called earlier in the day about when to expect them and was told between 1-3 pm. At 3, no,one had shown. Three women showed up at ~ 3:15, after I had called. The job they did was great, no complaints whatsoever.

I have had MyGirls for the last year and a half. during that time I have had only had 2 cleanings that necessitated a callback. When I had to call them they PROMPTLY responded and sent someone out to resolve the issue. Their typical cleaning is thorough and they have teams of 2-3.

After countless non-returned phone calls and flimsy excuses by the owner's daughters and the rudeness of the owner herself, in the end, we are very reluctantly having our original Dyson repaired. We are concerned that even after repairs, it won?t perform the same way.  I am having it repaired as I want to FINISH my business with this TERRIBLE company and BE DONE dealing with them.  I am just shocked at their terrible customer service and for turning the blame back on their customers for their mistake.  I originally hired this company as I wanted to support a local, woman owned company - what a disappointment.  I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone interested in hiring a cleaning service.

Crew of 3 really didn't do a thorough job of dusting or general cleaning. Many items had to be re-done by us and after a period of time it wasn't worth trying to get them to get it right through explanations upon their arrival so we changed providers.

I was satisfied with the overall cleaning and therefore scheduled every other week cleaning. I requested Wednesday, after 12:30pm as I had a  part time job and wanted them to come after I left. My husband would leave the house and return after the cleaning was complete. I had specific instructions --- my vacuum, my polish for the wood furniture. I was told that they handwash the floors.  I was  working extra hours during the summer so I felt they really helped with hoursework that I was not able to get too. However, when I checked the house the next day or so, I was unhappy with various things. We called and identified numerous issues and they had a supervisor come out and review work. She even had things redone. This last time, only two girls came and stayed only 45 minutes. I had the chance to watch and then also check everything. Well, for $125.00 each cleaning, I called to cancel their services. Issue 1.Communication is always handled by the office. I cannot discuss what the problem is and have it corrected on the spot. Yes, I can call the office and had done that before and they came back. But here we are again and I can't dicuss with the crew. Problem 2, a different crew every time. If the same crew came, they would know what was required plus, after getting to know my house, the next cleaning would concentrate on a different part. Cleaning would be perfect. Instead, they start over everytime. Problem 3, they do surface cleaning. After the last cleaning, I got down on my hands and knees to clean the bathroom floors. A tub in the main bath was not even touched. It is not used so I guess the dust that gathered did not need to be cleaned. I watched the woman wash the kitchen floor but how can you miss a corner where a spider web was. There was also one in a corner in the bedroom that should have been vacuumed. Problem 4, my request was to come after 12:30pm so I could be on my way to work. They would call ( not always) to give a time frame and show up before or after the time frame. I want the same crew at the same time on the same day. I pick up so cleaning can be done quickly. As far as I am concerned, all they did was push the dust around and vacuum. My husband promises to vacuum so we are returning to doing the cleaning ourseleves. I had one women do the cleaning every other week  before I retired and never had any issues. Wish I could find the same again. Response from office, was "I guess you want an independent, if you ever need an overall done again, call"  Not me!

It started out great.  They did a great job. Their price was a little steep, but since it was by the job I figured it would even out. As time went on, I noticed that they were not doing as good of a job.  They may have switched floor cleaners, but whatever they were using the last few months was not tough enough to handle the mess of a dog.
I put my house on the market, and asked them to start coming weekly.  I was a little shocked their price of $125.00 didn't go down.  The only way to get them to pay attention to all the details (which a house on the market needs) and really do a job was to leave the crew a $20-30 cash tip.  It got to be too expensive for what I was getting so I went with another service.
The one thing to be said is that they were excellent in switching my days if necessary, and coming at the time that was most convenient to me (they have 3 slots, like an 8 am, 11-1, and 1-3.  I always preferred the later one, and they could oblige 9 times out of 10.

I had started using them for bi weekly housecleaning in May. Everything was going fine for the first few months, but then one day after they had been here cleaning I noticed a spot on the carpeting on my stairs landing. I went to try to pick it up, thinking that something was just on the carpet, when I realized that it was a bald spot, and that the fibers were completely worn down and gone. I called them back that afternoon to ask about it, but it was after hours, so I left a message. They got back in touch with me, and denied that they had caused the spot. They came back again to clean for me a few weeks later and after they left this time, I noticed a pretty big slit in the carpet outside the door to my guest bedroom. I measured the slit, and compared it to the vacuum marks from their work, and it was an identical match. I called them again, and about 2 weeks later the owners daughter came out to look at the damage, and she was appalled. She admitted that they had caused the damage. I told her that this was what insurance was for. She said "I'm sorry" but then said "Gosh, I probably should not have said that". She told me that she would speak with her mother, the owner, and get back to me. About 3 or 4 days later, I had not heard back, so I called them. The receptionist told me they had talked with the girls who did the cleaning, and they denied everything. A couple of days I received a letter from the company denying all damage, and stating that they were not going to clean for me anymore. A few months later, I was cleaning in our formal living room, a room we rarely use, and I discovered another slit in the carpet. I have no idea when this happened, but it was the exact same as the other slit they had caused. I am highly disappointed in the way that this has been handled. Their lack of responsibility is outrageous.

"As the member had stated in her complaint, we stopped by to examine the damaged carpet. The carpet was very old. The damaged spots looked like her dog had torn them up. Our vacuum is an Oreck vacuum that weighs only 8lbs. It is a residential vacuum. The bristles on the vacuum are not capable of damaging carpet. After reviewing all the information we had felt as though she wanted us to get our insurances to replace her carpet for damages that we were not responsible for. For this reason we canceled her cleaning."
