It's difficult to find a qualified pro to just install new appliances. Most just repair. Dan willingly came in and installed five new appliances including gas and water hookups. He even rerouted the water and drain lines for the dishwasher to be more efficient and accessible. This was the first time I had worked with Dan and can highly recommend him. Dan is a very personable guy who I will definitely work with again as needed. One additional thing. I'm a vet and learned during our conversations that he is also. Worth knowing.

I called Dan on Friday 9/20/24 & explained we needed our water dispenser replaced on our refrigerator. He told me over the phone he was ordering the part & would come out the following Monday (9/23), to swap it out. So we took the morning off from work to be present. I overheard him ask my husband what the problem was. I was in the other room, so I don't think he knew I was home. He then said he would have to order the part & come back another day. I came out & reminded him of the fact that he told me he already ordered it the week before. He admitted to "dropping the ball" & said he forgot to order it, but that he would get it ordered & come back on Thursday. We were slightly annoyed but still paid him in advance & gave him the benefit of the doubt. People make mistakes, no one's perfect. Fast forward to Thursday morning, our rescheduled appt, he says the part is backordered. Not his fault, but then I texted him & asked if they said how long it would take & which part he ordered. He then said I was being rude & now he's not coming back to do the job. Oh & we still owe him $65 for the diagnostic fee. This guy was sloppy, dishonest & wasted our time, then charged us for it. Instead of doing the right thing & simply apologizing to us, he shifted the blame on us, (asking simple questions is apparently being rude), so he'd have an excuse to not come back. Be careful when dealing with him.

I recently had my washer and dryer repaired by Dan from Service Matters, and the service was excellent. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues, explaining everything clearly and professionally. My appliances are now running perfectly, and I’m very pleased with their prompt and reliable work!

Dan was very responsive, easy to schedule with, and accommodated a last-minute change in our schedule. He called the day of our appointment to confirm, and showed up on time. Asked good questions, gave good advice on the issue we were having with our high capacity washing machine. While others we called never responded, Dan was a breath of fresh air. Would recommend his services.

my washer transmission was shot and it didn't not make sense to repair -- but Dan charged a lower fee for coming out. I would recommend him.

I had a unique situation where I had an old dryer and wanted to replace the old white vinyl (dangerous) dryer hose with semi-rigid aluminum. I had all the parts needed as I had attempted this (unsuccessfully) as a DIY project. Dan was very responsive and quickly understood the project scope. He immediately discounted his normal $120 service call rate to $80 and got me promptly scheduled. He came out on time and got the job done efficiently. I was very happy with his work (and willingness to accomodate a small project) and will definitely keep him in mind for larger appliance projects.

We needed help fast & Dan was just what we needed. Called on late Thursday & our refrigerator was repaired the next day. If anybody is looking for great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable help and reasonable Dan is your guy

I called the company on a Monday afternoon and my appliance was up and working on Tuesday.

I could not have been more impressed with the customer service. There was a delay in the delivery of a part and Dan called every day to let me know the status. Once it was all straight, he completed the job very quickly, which demonstrates his expertise. Will definitely call again when something else around here inevitably breaks.
