Small business is defined by their ownership. Ownership determines leadership, accountability, and service. It's pretty straightforward when things go right. The company is defined by how they handle difficult situations. Without going into great detail, there was a good faith mistake made. As soon as Robert, the owner of the company, was made aware of the situation, he immediately called, took responsibility for the situation and rectified it. He was professional, a good listener, and insightful in his responses and solutions. As far as the company is concerned, the estimates are accurate and thorough, the electricians are prompt, courteous, neat, and knowledgeable. Every company has weaknesses, but overall this is a strong company and I would highly recommend them for your electrical project needs. Frank R.

I had massive water damage occur at my modest-sized 4 bedroom rambler home and was working with my insurance company to have the electrical paid under my claim. Kendrick Electric came out and was requested by my Public Adjuster to quote for having absolutely everything re-done when it came to my home. The total for everything came out to $26,305.00. Kendrick got started and we worked to scale back the scope to the appropriate amount of work which needed to be done. In going back and forth with my insurance company they ended up giving me 9k for Electric. I worked with Kendrick to try to get the cost down as low as possible and we finally settled at a "rough-in price" of $11,719.00. This was supposed to have replaced all of the wiring in my house, installed a new panel and breakers. I came to find out that the wiring was not all replaced, the breakers which I paid for on my invoice, I never got, the panel was never hooked up, resulting in me- a single mom of three kids- having to do so myself. I've contacted Kendrick a number of times to come out and fix some of the areas which still dont work. For example there are two recessed lights that have zero power, there a bar that has zero power, smoke detectors which I paid to have installed based on my invoice, never were. I still have no exterior lights. I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot what my $11k did here at my house, it's been an absolute nightmare. Just this summer I pleaded with them to come out and at least help tie up some of these loose ends. I was told they would, and zero follow-through. I'm a single mom, my house was destroyed from water damage, my insurance company was an absolute nightmare to work with and to have this happen with a very well respected local electrician? The thought even now just makes me want to vomit. I haven't been able to find an electrician who will touch the mess that Kendrick has done. The ones who have come in have greatly apologized for the absolute mess I've been stuck in. Stay far, far away from this group. I would NOT recommend them at all.

A++. Kendrick did all the electrical work for our addition which included an indoor pool and elevator. From the office to onsite electricians, their employees are professional, honest and friendly. Their attention to detail and customer service is beyond excellent and they complete the work on time and on budget. We requested several quotes and their responsiveness was the best (many didn’t even bother to respond). We had done small projects with them in the past and knew their quality was unparalleled and their pricing very fair. Once again they did not disappoint and they exceeded all our expectations for our large scale project. Their communication was superb from start to finish and they treated both us and our home with the utmost respect. We cannot say enough good things about Kendrick. They will always be the company we call and highly, highly recommend them!

Very good. Scott identified the problem was with my exterior light. A mouse chewed through the insulation on the wire causing a short that tripped the breaker. He quickly replaced the wire and everything was back to normal. Kendrick Electric was able to come out within a few days of my call and ensured all parts were with Scott so he could fix it right away. Scott was a true professional and very helpful. I plan on calling them again in the future.

They were fantastic and without question, we will now call them whenever we have any electrical needs.  They were the ONLY company that responded to our initial call in a timely fashion (3 out of 5 didn't even bother to call back; disappointing as many given Angie's highest award).  They even came ahead of time to provide us with a quote free of charge.  Their pricing was wonderfully fair and their workmanship impeccable.  Friendly and knowledgeable staff all around, they listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations from start to finish.  The area was so clean when they left, we couldn't even tell they were here aside from the stunning work they left behind.  We've done endless projects in our home and rarely get to write such a glowing review.  Many kudos and thanks to Kendrick!

He replaced the dead GFI with in a couple of minutes, so the tub is working.
I also asked him, if he could replace another GFI in the kitchen, which he did without questions. Very happy. 

Mark did a great job.
When I made the appointment, they gave me  four hour window and said they weren't able to call when they were on their way.  This would be very helpful and seems to be a best practice among other service providers I've used.

Robert and Peter were very punctual and personable. They did an excellent job installing all of our fixtures. We couldn't have asked for a better team to handle our electrical needs. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

First time using Kendrick Electric and I was very impressed. 
The circuit for the stove blew and would not reset. They check both outlet for the stove and then the circuit box.
Very responsiveness and fixed quickly and at a reasonable price.

The electrician, Steve, was prompt, courteous, personable and very professional.  After the repairs were completed, he made sure my questions were answered and asked if there were any other items I wanted to discuss.  Overall a very good experience. I will use Kendrick Electric again.

They arrived on time and were very pleasant throughout the whole experience. They changed some ceiling light fixtures, put in ceiling fan in guest bedroom, and repaired some wall receptacles. Also did some trouble shooting. Great job.

Journeyman & apprentice arrived several minutes early. Work performed neatly with no unexpected problems in about 1 and 1/2 hours.

They have probably done a dozen things for us over the last fifteen years, and we have been very pleased. They are there when they say they are going to be there. They get the job done. They clean up after themselves. It is just a good company to do business with. They are very reasonable. We do not bother checking to see if there is anybody cheaper because we know they are going to do the job and do it right. They have fair pricing. The quality of their service is excellent. They are very fast. We use them whenever we need an electrical fixed.

They were on time. Did a great job with the installation of the light fixture. He was very respectful of my home and a pleasure to work with. This company charged me an hourly rate for this project and we had remaining time within the allotted time after the light fixture was installed to go through the house and talk about other areas in which I had lighting concerns. He gave me a number of suggestions of how I could resolve my issues. This company and their employees are great to work with. I would highly recommend considering them for projects which require electrical skills.

The wiring went exceedingly well. They were very understanding when the project schedule went long and the final wiring date kept moving out. I do want to mention one incident. They were doing some wiring in our furnace room and unbeknownst to them, bumped an old switch that was the on/off switch to our furnace. The switch died and therefore, the furnace would not turn on. That night, when they found out what happened, they reached out to us, found out we did not have a furnace and sent a technician yet that night (about 10:00 pm) to resolve the issue. They did not cause the issue, it was an old switch left from when the house was built and a bump/nudge caused it to stop working and yet Kendrick came out that night to fix it. Can't say enough good things about Kendrick who we have used on past projects and will continue to go to with any electrical project in the future.
