+ -1 moreBenson Painting did a great job painting our hallway and stairwell. The finished walls look great, and they did a good job cleaning up. They completed the work in 5 hours. Also, their estimate was $200 less than another estimate I received. They are quite busy. When I received the estimate, Ryan was clear that it would be a month before they could schedule the work. They contacted me again in a month, and we scheduled the work. My contact (quote / scheduling / invoice) with Ryan was via email, and that worked well for me. It took Ryan a few days to respond during the quoting phase.
Description of Work: Patched and painted a hallway and stair well.

pressure washing
+ -1 moreRyan did a great job washing/brightening my fence and deck. I had another company clean/power wash my deck in the past and it didn't look very clean/bright when it was done. I found out that the brightener he applied was watered down and not very effective. Ryan doesn't skimp on the product that is used (he doesn't water down the brightener) and he does a quality job!
Description of Work: Cleaned, brightened and power washed my cedar deck and cedar fence.
