Description of Work: Oil change; tire/wheel swap for winter tires; replace rear brake rotors & pads; install brake caliper covers on same.

 + -1 moreWe use them a lot because we have older cars. They are really honest. They are really good about trying to fit you in and schedule you in. They kind of give you a heads up on what is coming and what you need. He sends some coupons all the time in the mail.

 + -1 moreWe've been going here for years and they have always been honest with us. Doug is always friendly and courteous and does his best to let us know where we are at when it comes to maintenance schedules and clearly distinguishes what needs to be done immediately and what can wait.
Description of Work: We had a series of problems with an electrical short that then began a domino effect on various systems. Doug not only tracked down the problem but then he spent the time on the phone with the warranty company going over our contract to double-check what was covered and to be sure to submit the appropriate paperwork. All I had to do was sign and pay my deductible.
