They have really done excellent work for me. I heard from other people that have used them and so, that is why I picked them. They are very responsive and gave me a good price. They came out with an estimate. We settled on it and they were there within the next day or two to put the thing in. They were there before I even anticipated them to come. They did work beyond what they were supposed to do. They were just excellent. I have recommended them to other people and they have used them. There was primarily one person, but there was a guy that did the actual installation and the owner came out to make sure things were done okay. It took about three-quarters of a day to complete the service. They did an excellent job in the cleanup. They cleaned the area all up and there was no issue at all.

Wow! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. First of all, they are a small "mom and pop" shop; which I love to support local business. Secondly, they have outstanding customer service. Beth is sweet, Bruce is kind and knowledgable and Cory a VERY hard worker! All three worked so hard to get my broken A/C up and running this pas summer even though it was on it's last legs! Cory worked for 3 hours to figure out the problem; which ended up being an electrial issue along with an empty freon tank. With the fix, I was able to ensure my children had a restful night sleep on one of Minnesota's hotest nights of the year! Unfortunatly, not by any error of the tech, the A/C would not shut off due to a communication issue within the unit. I called and they returned immediately to address and fix the issue. Fast forward to last week (12/15) on a very cold morning (negative 20 or so) my furnance went out! I called them around 5:30 am and left a message. Bruce called me back at 6:30 am and said he would be happy to come that afternoon with a new unit! :) They work so hard to ensure my pets and kids were warm! As a single parent, that meant a lot that they cared about us and not their pocket book. They even offered to bring eletrical heaters to keep the pets and kids warm! I have been VERY impressed with their professionalism, kindness, and hard work! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest company!

To our surprise it turned out to be a circuit breaker had popped and we were back in business when it was reset in the evening so a service call was not needed .  I  am very pleased to be d*** business with a provider that is so interested in providing GREAT service and truly delivers it.

This is the second year I have used this company to take care of my furnace each year before winter. My furnace is about 15 years old and I want to maximize the number of years I can get out of it. It is a Carrier brand and I have never had any trouble with it. Apple Lake does a good job checking it out and making sure it is running at its peak efficiency. For safety reasons they also check out the CO2 so that is one less thing to worry about in my home over the long winter. It is also comforting to know if I have any problems this winter they will be there to help me if I need any repairs. They are very easy to work with and scheduling a convenient time is easy. I plan to call them again this summer to check out my air conditioning. And when the time comes to replace my system I plan to give Apple Lake a call for an estimate. Thanks for doing such a great job!

We requested an appointment with Bruce. He was on time and did a in depth review of our system and home.
He promptly provided a quote. We accepted the quote and had the work done.
Bruce saw to it that everything was done to his satisfaction and ours. It was done on time and he walked us through the system upon completion. His wife Beth who works the office made sure that all of the rebates were documented and submitted with Dakota Electric and CenterPoint Energy.
Bruce and Beth were a delight to work with and we would highly recommend them for your air conditioning and heating needs.

Apple Lake Heating and Air Conditioning was prompt and professional and left my furnace room clean and looking great!  I also found their pricing competitive and they didn't charge more for little changes to their work like lining my chimney.

They were very responsive and tried to help us by phone even though it was the 4th of July holiday weekend.  They made arrangements to work us into an already busy schedule to get our air conditioner up and running again.  It turned out to be a simple problem, but one we couldn't fix ourselves.  They only charged us for a brief service call and one small part.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for an air conditioner or heating unit.  They originally installed our air conditioner and heater about 10 years ago and have been excellent about service and response ever since.

The new AC is working great!
