To ensure it was worthwhile to invest in repairs, our technician performed a thorough inspection of your furnace. Together, you reviewed the findings via the inspection camera, which you personally held. Our technician pointed out visible burn marks on the heat exchanger and explained that your furnace was nearing the end of its lifespan and might not last through the winter. At your request, we provided pricing for a new furnace. However, the decision to proceed with a replacement was entirely yours?our role was to provide an honest, professional assessment, not to pressure you. Lastly, we have been unable to process the $180 service fee due to an issue with the card provided.
