The thing that really stood out is they were the only company that would come after hours, on a Sunday, in 90 degree weather so I am sure they were busy. They answered, followed up, got the job done, and my Tenants are happy. As for the price, I am sure it was fair considering it was an after hours emergency, unfortunately I do not have anything to compare it up against to really know. The customer service was great - he spent additional time (at 10:30pm following the repair) explaining the repair, his warranty for Freon services, and what can be done to prevent issues in the future.

My wife and kids were home while I was at work and 5 star showed up 2 or 3 hours after call; so that was nice. I talked to him and was told what the problem was and the cost, $450. Did not like the cost. Gave a history of the A/C then was given a long talk about how bad the company was that I hired before. The A/C started working again, and charged $75. He left me feeling confused. Was it a temporary fix, was he going to come back and ask for more money because he was giving us time to pay. I asked him to write down what was wrong and the cost; I got an estimate for a new A/C. My A/C is 2yo.

Paul is a straight up guy. He was awesome, quick and even had me call him at 7:30 am after I had contacted my work to let them know I would be late. He told me between 8-10am and arrived at 9 am.My ac was fixed by 9:45 am and I was on my way to work. It was nice to know I would come home to a cool house. I will definitely give Five Star my business in the future.

Just like another customer stated, literally seconds after I submitted the request for quote on-line, Paul gave me a call, came out and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and had great customer service skills as well as professional skills doing the repair. The rate seemed very reasonable and now we don't have to swelter in the heat. Five Star is 5 Stars! Paul came out, gave a quote when our central air went out in over 80 degree heat. Came back an hour later when the weather turned into a horrible thunderstorm and fixed the problem outside under an umbrella. His passion for his work and helping others was not something you see everyday. Definitely will keep his number on my refrigerator.

Paul was very prompt in responding to my request for furnace work. He was very professional in evaluating the problem and giving me options for solving it. Repair and replacement options were presented. I decide on replacement and Paul was able to get the new furnace installed the same afternoon. All went very well and I would recommend Five Star without reservation.

Installed on 4-4-2013. Paul was great to work with. Worked hard to get the Goodman furnace and AC in in one trip. I thought the price was very reasonable and time will tell about the quality of these units. Could have taken a little more time cleaning up, but this is nothing in comparison to the good quality of work that was done. Thank you Paul

I discovered I had a furnace problem and within three hours my problem was fixed. I barely had time to catch a chill. I was feeling really dumb founded as I have never had a problem fixed so fast. We all know it can get cold fast if the furnace is not working. 5 Star was here, fix it, and I had heat again. THANKS!!!!!

Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning came to my home on CHRISTMAS NIGHT! My wife and I came home at 8pm on Christmas night to a 50-degree house and learned that our furnace had gone out. I went straight to Home Advisor to find an HVAC referral. I ended up going with Five Star because their trip-charge was much more reasonable than the others. Plus, I tend to trust anyone that Home Advisor refers to me, so trusting Five Star wasn't an issue. I believe I saved at least $75 by choosing them and my problem was taken care of the same night. It was a huge relief to have Home Advisor and Five Star Heating & Cooling available on Christmas!
