I felt I was overcharged by this company. Yes, he fixed the problem. He was there less than 10 minutes and was given an option to pay $$$$.00 for some Freon and sealer.

I asked a question, does a capacitor starter for an A/C unit cost $700. It appears online the starter cost about $35.00. that means it was $665 labor for 15 minutes work. If that is correct then OK, but if not, not happy.

Buyer be aware, they charged me $695 for a capacitor that is available at Amazon for $14. During the analysis phase Pavel stated that the capacitor is for $65. Buyer Beware.

At the time of the visit, you could have just paid us for diagnosis but as a household, you made a decision that you wanted to move forward with the job. We completed the job for you. When my technician left your residence you started making calls to the office about Amazon part prices. Amazon sells parts, we do repairs with parts. We have our own set prices just like any other company. We sell knowledge, labor, and parts, that is the difference between hiring reputable companies like us vs Amazon."

I requested an A/C check up to determine its condition. I was charged a very reasonable $75 in the middle of a hot summer for the evaluation. I could not have asked for a more detailed, honest evaluation and game plan going forward. When I need to replace my A/C unit, Air Knights will be the company that will do it! Trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair are the most important factors when determining an A/C contractor. Air Knights checks all 3 boxes!

Needed to have a furnace blower fan replaced. Shopped around and these guys had the best price and could come in quick. They got the part replaced very fast and took car of all the parts. The parts I am docking them for was communication. I had a 2-hour window set up for the service, but 30-minutes after the window was closed I had to call them to see why no one showed. There seemed to be some confusion, but they had another guy come over within 30 minutes. After the install I had some questions and tried to contact them. Had to leave a message and never got a call back (questions were answered elsewhere).

I had NO heat , I called and Paul showed up with an hour! All the way from Apple Valley !
